Brought the old parts with me and they had the replacements in stock. I gave them an A on pricing. These parts are overpriced by everyone, starting with the manufacturers but Atlantic is right there with the lowest price Internet sellers. Very helpful people. I have been in other trade parts sellers where the individual is not as welcome as the tradesman. Not here. They seem happy to help. I would look to them first for any appliance repair parts.

We have been looking for the particular drip pans everywhere, and these guys carried them. This is the place to go for anything appliance related. This the first time I have used them, and when I walked in I was immediately impressed. Bill Blake, the owner, was very informative of what I needed and was very nice. He almost new the model number without even checking (but he did just to make sure). He ordered the drip plans from another one of his stores, so I could get them as soon as possible. (I ordered 4 at $5 a piece). Because of Bill's professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, I believe this company is certainly deserving to be on the page of happiness.

WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE OVER THE PHONE THE PARTS REQUIRED FOR 15 YEAR OLD DRYER. VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PARTS WERE IN STOCK. HAVE USED THEM IN PAST FOR REFRIGERATOR & STOVE.
