I loved the work Brett and his team did. The were very transparent with cost and procedure and stayed in contact to answer all of my questions. The roof looks great and job was done in one day. The doors took two and a half days but it was tricky work for an old house and Brett ended up not charging us extra even though they ran into unexpected problems because the last doors weren't framed properly(at all).

We called Brett to come give us a quote on our roof repairs. Out of everyone we spoke with he was the most knowledgeable. He laid out all of our options and provided his recommendations. We really appreciated instances where he would give his opinion. We hate when we ask someone what they think and they say "well, its up to you". If we knew we wouldn't ask. His confidence gave us confidence that the work would be exceptional, and it was. The job was completed on time and with the highest degree of professionalism. We are definitely calling Brett back for future projects.

Brett was super responsive the entire time. His took his time trying to figure out what was wrong, and did not charge us for the 2+ hours he spent doing so. His team worked efficiently and got the job done for under what they initially estimated. Would definitely hire again!

Excellent. Brett stopped by, evaluated the job, and gave me an estimate the day I called. He explained all my options thoroughly, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. The job was completed within a few weeks. The 6 man crew was fabulous. They put a roof on my small cape and garage in one day. They did a wonderful job. Brett stopped by throughout the day. I was home and the noise was no big deal. Brett kept me informed throughout the entire process. I recommend Baron Home Improvement without hesitation.

Brett reached out to me immediately and was able to come by and take a look the next day. He showed up right on time and was very thorough inspecting my roof. Luckily, the roof is solid and the small slope is nothing to be concerned with right now. I really appreciated the time that Brett took. He was super thorough and really educated me on the roof and what will eventually go into replacing it when that day comes. He spent about 45 minutes with me, and took the time to answer my questions. Someone less honest could have taken me for a ride and told me I needed to replace the roof or repair the area in question. It's refreshing to find someone who shoots straight. Even though there was no need to hire Brett right now, I'll be calling him again when I have a need for a good, honest contractor.

Brett was up front about the estimate he provided where for the size of the project, a handyman would be cheaper. Before contacting Brett, I had trouble finding one but he encouraged me to give it another shot. I was lucky enough to find someone to squeeze my project into their schedule. I appreciate the honesty in explaining how the estimate was derived. More importantly, perhaps an obvious situation to do so, but Brett put a customer's perspective ahead of potential business. How many people do that? A big check mark in the character column.

Brett kept us in the loop in terms of scheduling - as soon as we agreed upon a date for the job, he let me know when to expect materials, dumpster, and his team. It went smoothly, no surprises, the roof is perfect, they cleaned up after themselves and we paid immediately. I have only worked with one other service person with great communication skills like Brett. It makes a world of difference. We would hire Brett again in a heartbeat. Of course, the project was completed just last week, but based on efficiency and reliability, I will assume this roof will last for many years to come, and I will be a very old person when I need to call him again for a new roof.

The job started on schedule and ended as predicted right on time. The workers were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely clean. You would never know 2 layers of roof were pulled off my house. Brett was right there to show me the different angles of my roof that the original builder had pitched up enough for me to get bees nests every year. Brett and his team found a way to lower the pitch and prevent future nests. Let me add, they cleaned my gutters and when they were done my property was immaculate! Everything done was shown to me and reviewed before leaving, to assure my satisfaction.I could not be happier! My neighbors are jealous. Brett has made a huge impression on me and my neighbors! Thank you Brett!

Brett, the owner, sent a crew of three men. Dave, the lead carpenter, was terrific and the work was completed very professionally. The quality of their work is the highest you'll get. And Brett is amazing...kept me informed every step of the way and spent a great deal of time explaining the ins and outs of the project and suggested best options. He called once to let me know he was running 10 minutes late for an appt. at my house...that is what I would call being customer-focused! A great company for sure. I will definitely hire again to complete my other home proects.

PVC was used to replace wood outside of the house, The window and door deilvery went very well. They exceeded my expectations. Usually the owner of the company does not stop by , but he did just to examine the work that took

It want very well, Brett was communicative, prompt and thorough. He came out got up on the roof and had a clear understanding of the whole job, I had two other estimates done, neither contractor got up on the roof to look. On it's face, Brett gave the highest estimate, but I was sure it was because they didn't see that we had these additional issues, they would get up on the roof, see what he saw, and I'd be paying more anyways. Not to mention, they would not have the materials on hand for the additional issues, meaning hours lost. On top of this, the job started at about 7:30 and they were done at about 4:30 and the yard flowerbeds etc looked great!

From beginning to end, and my initial contact with Brett was extremely professional. Brett explained the entire roofing process from start to finish with knowledge and expertise. The entire experience was very customer oriented. I'm extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend Baron Home Improvement.

Just wanted to follow-up on our prior review when Brett did our new roof. A window was broken and he promised to come by to install it when it arrived in about 2 weeks. Guess what? He did just that. Knew our instincts about him were right.

Brett is, in a word, thorough. He's got a bit of the teacher in him, and wants to make sure you know what you're getting and that you get what you need. From first contact he gave us so much information it seemed like too much; but to be honest, most of it was useful and important as we moved forward in the process. Before he even wrote up the proposal, he was up on the roof walking around to see what it looked like. After getting proposals from a couple different contractors, we asked questions of each and felt that Baron Home Improvements would be our best choice. Brett oversees the process, pulling in specialists to do the work. He showed up a number of times before, during and after the install so we always knew what to expect. Jesus and his roofing team knew exactly what they were doing, and did a great job from set-up to stripping old materials to installing new materials to clean up. They showed up at 7:00 a.m. and worked pretty much through the whole day finishing up about 7:00 p.m. with the dumpster filled and yard clean. When we found that all the plywood on the main house needed to be replaced, Brett made the stock run so the roofing team could keep on schedule. The gutter team came in 2 days later and VOILA - a gorgeous roof and nice dry home for years to come. The hallmark of a great service provider is how he handles problems, because let's face it, things go wrong sometimes no matter how well prepared we are. The roof was installed on a day peppered with lots of wind gusts. When one of the old plywood sheets coming down got caught in a gust and made a beeline for our first-floor window, Brett did the right thing. He ran out to make sure everyone was okay, apologized profusely to us, cleaned up the debris (it's amazing how far shattered glass can spread), then had a new window on order with a promise to install it as soon as it comes in. This was all done on-site within minutes of the accident. No excuses, no blaming, just making it right. There was also minor damage to a screen and shutter, which he insisted on paying for and offered us the choice for him to do it or a credit for us to make the repairs. He also stopped by the next day in full daylight to make sure we hadn't found any more problems. We will definitely call Brett when we have more projects to do, and can recommend that you consider Baron Home Improvements for your needs as well.

Brett did a complex job no one else would do. Workmanship was great and he was very responsive during the whole process. I would recommend Baron Home Improvement without reservation.

Would not hire this person to change a light bulb. Two other estimates came in at $400-500 dollars.

Everything from start to finish from initial contact to completion of the work was extremely professional. Brett answered all of my questions and concerns, returned my phone calls promptly, and completed all agreed work when promised and as promised. Brett's crew was courteous, prompt and professional. I am extremely happy with the work that Baron Home Improvement completed.

Brett was very easy to talk to and he explained what he was looking for and what he saw during the inspection. In the end he wrote a statement to satisfy the insurance company and told me I had a few more years before I would need to get the work done. He is a very honest man and I would recommend him.

I received 3 estimates for the job of replacing old gutters on the front of the house. Brett actually took the time to discuss different options and actually walked around the house and explain what he would do. At first, we just needed the gutters but he came back and noticed the fascia board was rotten and would need to be replaced. He took pics to show us the actually wood rot with the boards. Once again, Brett came me different price options, which really helped. Brett?s prices was in the middle of the quotes I received but when went with him because he took his time to explain and the reviews I read online. His team did a good job and the project was completed with no issues. Would I hire Brett again, yes!

PBrett and his crew were professional, worked quickly and kept project on time and the cost within the estimate. Our new roof looks great and we have no complaints. Brett is a good listener and thorough when explaining what, how and when he will do you project and he is forthcoming and realistic about issues a project can run into.

It went well. Realizing that time for a new roof was running out in middle December, and with several estimates that were somewhat similar price-wise, consulted with Brett and selected him when he said that he could get it done. Brett fully explained what he and his crew were going to do and I was satisfied with his approach. The week leading up to Christmas was originally selected to be when the work would be done, but it rained all week. So the week between Christmas and New Year's was selected. The crew came in early, stripped, installed ice shield and new underlayment further up, cleaned up and were done in one day. it was pretty good because the next day it snowed. I think Brett is a straight-shooter and would recommend him to others. Update: Brett and his crew came by several weeks ago and installed the gutter in the back which was part of the job. They did, however, also replace the drain-spouts on the front gutters too, which was not part of the job. I am very pleased with this and the whole job.

He was excellent. He was great. So far, I have nothing bad to say about him. I wanted them to do cleanup inside for me. The quote that they had given me for the inside work was just out of my budget. But, he did everything pretty fast.

Brett answered my call immediately. He evaluated the leak and even photographed areas of concern.. He sent Jesus early the following morning. The work was done in a few hours. Both men were very professional. I would definitely recommend and call them if any further work is needed.

The owner was responsive to my initial call. He was easy to communicate with and gave multiple solutions to my roof problem. The work was completed quickly, neatly, effectively and for original quoted price. No surprises.
