Timely and thorough. Great job for a big mess.

On the eve of our defunctionalization of a septic system to hook up to the town sewer, we had a sudden and unexpected backup in the shower and through the toilet seal. Our plumbers recommended Ryan, who was prompt, thorough, tidy, affable, competent, and available in a flash two days later when a subsidiary problem required a return visit. While I would not wish septic system problems on anyone, but if it is you, call Ryan: you will be glad you did.

The drain was cleared however the worker damaged the bathroom floor tiles and left a mess for me to clean.. He was there for less than one hour and charged me $ 350.00. Is this the going rate for a plumber? I was told that I was ripped off severely and could have done the job myself after watching what he did and didn t have to do to get the job done. Come to find out I could have rented the tools he used and did it myself and saved a lot of money!! I m very angry about this! He didn t even give me a receipt . If this is the type of so called professional people you endorse I will never use your services again and will report this to BBB!!

We were having continuous problems with our toilet plugging up. After repeatedly having to plunge it, and consulting our plumber who said it was most likely the line, we called Ryan. He responded quickly, and in no time discovered the culprit, a piece of wood stuck in the line. He approached the job with a great combination of professionalism and good humor. And the price was right for sure. We have had the need of Ryan's services since then, and won't hesitate to call on him again

After making a dozen inquiries and getting nowhere, Ryan called back immediately, came the next day and made short work of a big job for a reasonable price. Hats off, great all around.
