Amazingly well. When making a big purchase like this, many people are apprehensive and skeptical. There are a lot of choices and many who promise the best windows with the greatest warranties. From the beginning of the process, my salesperson (Matt) was awesome. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He noted the special insulation process and special screens they have. He was also fully transparent in telling me that the windows could take 10-12 weeks to arrive (so I was prepared). To my surprise, it only took about 4 weeks and they called me to install them. The installers arrived on-time and were very efficient, thorough, and professional. I was up the night before worrying about how the process would go. Everything went perfectly. They kept the place clean as they worked and were happy to explain the entire process to me. Since price is one of the most important factors to me, I will say that Window Nation is very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Warranty, problem occurred, nothing but excuses, and additional cost

Ok, so here is the story of our experience with Window Nation from Sales to Customer Service to Installation. It all started with Sales, which the sales guy (Stephen B.) was inappropriate, vulgar, and threw out multiple sexist comments that made my wife feel uncomfortable. We had heard great stories from others about this consultation and wow, were we shocked. Despite this, they did give us a good deal, we liked their windows, and PROMISED they would have our windows installed in 8 weeks max. All of that sounded good so we moved forward and signed. Fast-forward 2 weeks and we finally get someone out to measure our windows. 3 weeks later, we received a call that they had to come back out because they had to confirm the windows were measured correctly... So we are 5 weeks into this disaster and we finally talk with a MGR (Jessica) who was nice and very solution-based. She was good but at the end of the day, had to escalate to their regional MGR who did give us a small discount BUT said that because St. Louis is a new hub, they are still ironing things out. Unfortunately at this point, they could only promise that our windows would be installed by September/October (15 Weeks after we signed the agreement). Installation - Fast forward to October and a crew of three guys finally comes out to the house and is ready to go. They complete 21 windows in 2 days and did an OK job. They were thorough in making sure the windows themselves were good to go but we had multiple items including damage to our sills, walls, and floors. (see images) Service and Ongoing - Now that we are 6 months into having the windows, we have ongoing issues and can't get anyone on the phone here locally. Are windows actually accumulated ICE on the inside when we had cold temps recently and caused sill damage in our basement. Also, the damage to all our sills is just incredible as there is now more of a draft in our house than with our old windows!!! I have now called 4 times and all I get with the St. Louis office is an answering machine. I called corporate and they even said they can't get ahold of anyone or they are at lunch, which is just ridiculous. My advice to you is use Window World or someone else. Just read this and run the other way as it has been a nightmare for us and if you are going to spend $17k+, give it to another company who is going to earn your business and treat you as a good customer.

Installers were very professional and finished on time

Matt H helped us with our replacement window project. He gave us clear and detailed information with visuals about materials and product comparisons. The pricing he offered was fair and competitive, especially for the quality of the project. We ended up purchasing five more windows than we were initially going to as we were able to afford to complete a bigger project than anticipated due to the promotion offered. We highly recommend Matt from Window Nation.

Working with window nation was easy and they displayed professionalism at all stages of the project, from sales to the install crew.

The overall process went well. I had 10 windows and a sliding door installed all in 1 day. The installers showed up on time, greeted me at my front door. I showed them which windows and sliding door were to be replaced. The installers were very knowledgeable of the task at hand. The lead installer let me know after replacing the windows that 1 of my screens were missing, so he called into his office to report the issue.

Overall the installers were good. There were a few small things (minor scratches on the windows/frames), but they were friendly, respectful and cleaned up the work areas and yard well. Price was a bit high, but I wanted a company that stands by and warranties their product and installation services.

Good Day Window Nation Staff, I'm writing today (1/23/2021) as an unsatisfied customer. November 25, 2020 the installers from your company came to my home to install my new windows. The order was to have nine new replacement windows in which only eight were installed unproperly. I was not pleased with the outcome of the installment, as the work was very poor craftmanship. The issues ranged from sloppy installation to incorrect sizing, showing a lack of professional work backed by your company’s name. I would also like to mention, there was a language barrier which caused more frustration. Since 11/28/2020, I have contacted the corporation numerous times, with no positive outcome, until late December, another representative with your company came to inspect the windows. There was no remedy to the situation, no written reports left to reassure me something was going to be done to correct these drafty poor craftmanship windows. I expressed my irritation with the work, how the draft during the winter months was putting more stress on my heating bill. It is now end of Jan 2021- and there is still no resolution.

I replaced 17 windows in my home. Some where double windows and 1 triple window. It took some time for the windows to come in after ordering, but all work is completed now. They did a great job.

We love our new windows. Working with Dayveona has been easy. The installers showed up right on time, got to work and cleaned up to the point there was no trace they were here. Inside and outside the home was just as it was before they arrived. Some people can say their windows are much more money however you get what you pay for. We love our new windows and love the look from the outside even more with the attention to detail when installing the trim.

The team arrived when expected, completed the work faster than expected, and showed me operation and warranty info.

Still waiting for window and defects to be fixed two and half months after initial install.

[*** Link removed ***] It was ok. First day the installers arrived almost an hour late. I was told by the sales rep that the installers would clean the area where the windows were removed and also treat for mold if there was any. No mold, but the window areas were not cleaned, and the sills were not cleaned before the perimeters were caulked with silicone. Also, the installers did not clean up after the windows were installed (especially the two windows over the bathtub - debris was left in it). The windows themselves were not cleaned. No stickers removed, etc. I had to do them all and clean the adhesive off left by the stickers. Windows were left smudged & dirty. I tried to clean them myself but could not clean them thoroughly.. I have to assume there is some kind of protective coating on them because no matter what I tried (Goo Be Gone, alchohol, vinegar and finally acetone nail polish remover) I couldn’t get the windows thoroughly clean. Also one of the windows came with a half screen instead of a full screen. That was noted & is being ordered & replaced. I think a manager should come to inspect when the job is completed to make sure that the job was done to specs and that the customer was happy and that the customer is shown how the windows work and removing & replacing the screens. Supposedly there was a 20-Point Installation Review, which I do not remember them doing. And one of the installation crew certainly did not have nearly an average of 15 years of service, only a couple of months on the job. I did reach out to both the sales person and the job supervisor as well as one other rep the day of the job concerning some of these questions and got some help. Hoping that when the rep comes to deliver the screens, he might be able to clean the windows. After all, brand new windows should be brand spanking clean. And check one of the windows which seems to be slightly askew on the top. Overall, I am super happy with the way the windows look. It has transformed my condo from average, to spectacular. Once I get the screen in and the windows cleaned and possibly have the one upper window replaced, all will be perfection.

The ordering and measuring process was seamless. On installation day the crew came in started right away and went over the job before any work started. They were professional and knowledgeable about the product. The product is above my expectations in quality. I would recommend this company for replacement windows in your house.

Windows installed on August 11, 2020. One of the main living room windows arrived cracked, hole in one screen, and 2 windows missing caulking. Almost THREE months later and no replacement window or repairs have been made or even scheduled. Still have blue tape across my living room window. Horrible customer service. No one can provide answers or seems to care about fixing what needs to be repaired.

The contractors that installed the windows were excellent! They were a very professional group who showed up on time, and even stayed late to finish the job. I would highly recommend them. The sales team was very responsive until we signed the contract. The guy that came to measure the windows was rude and didn't communicate our needs to the sales team, (i.e. dryer vents in the basement windows) The installation was supposed to be within 6 weeks and it was actually 5 months. The day they were originally supposed to show up to install we got a call to say the windows were on backorder and we would receive a call the following Monday with an update. I called several times within the week timespan and only when I threatened in a voicemail to cancel the order did they call back. The commercial states buy now pay later but they don't mention it's a loan with interest. I'm happy with the windows however not so much with the sales team.

This job, from salesman coming and explaining windows through measuring, scheduling and installing could not have gone any better. At every juncture I was met with professionalism, competence and an overall friendly attitude. I was made very comfortable with everyone’s COVID precautions as well. I was also happy with the price - I felt it was a very fair deal. And finally, the windows look AMAZING and are such a great improvement and the installers cleaned up so well, it was probably cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

From the start of this entire process, Window Nation associates were professional. We are so pleased with the results and are already noticing the value in replacing our windows.

The installation was ok. After the one minor issue of the installers saying they didn’t have enough trim but then magically came up with more, that part was ok. Everything leading up to it though was a disaster. Two months it took for measurements and windows to come in and 2 days before install I received a call stating that not all my windows were in the warehouse. I wasn’t happy that now i had to wait another two weeks. The customer service is terrible, every time i called they said i would receive a call back in which never came. They didn’t offer a credit or additional work due to my headaches which is not ok. I will be going another route for my basement windows unless they make it right!
