Replace all the parts and still not working correctly. Repeated calls never came back.

I hired Buke Plumbing to inspect my furnace. They were prompt and cutious did a good job inspecting the furnace and found a serious issue. I need a new furnace Jim Burke presented pricing to replace the current furnace. I explored other options and found one that was a better fit. I really appreciated the work Burke Plumbing did and would defintely explore using them again

They were a little late for a 2:00 appointment. My furnace wasn't coming on when the thermostat was turned up. After 20 minutes or so, they discovered there was a bad connection at the thermostat itself and removed and reseated the thermostat control. I was a little surprised at the cost, $135. They did mention a $79 diagnostic fee but didn't disclose an hourly rate.

Both father and son were very helpful completing the jobs I needed. Doug SR removed the broken toilet seat I was unable to remove when he came to give me an estimate. He did not charge me for that.

I hired Burke to do a scheduled maintenance, which is pretty minor for a new (2 years) HE gas boiler. They promptly responded to my inquiry, were available for an appointment at a time that worked for me, and showed up on time. I'll know this winter whether they did a good job with the tune-up.

He was on time check out and diagnosed the problem and repaired it while he was there. Burke plumbing returned my calls promptly. Did keep me informed when they would be late. Were. Diagnosed the issue in a short order. Had to order parts. Parts and labor were expensive, but no more so than any other plumber for our issue. The job was done in a workmanlike and professional fashion.
