Overall a good experience, but a bit of a hiccup at first. Made an appointment for next day (Friday) service/diagnosis of a dead central AC unit , but the tech never arrived- when calling the office, they said the tech wouldn't answer his cell, so they rescheduled for the next business day (Monday). On Monday, the scheduled tech did arrive, and provided quick diagnosis and service. Now the AC works better than it did when I moved in last year! It seemed pricy, but I'll admit that I haven't had to service the AC before, so I'm not sure how it compares.

Terrific company, they came out and serviced my AC the following day and resolved the issue. Very responsive, very knowledgeable service team and the pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

Our AC broke just before a weekend heatwave. Burke came out as soon as the could on Friday. The decision was made to replace ( over 25 years old) the old AC unit. They ordered it and installed the old unit the following tuesday. Pretty fast service considering how Busy They were.

Quick response. Pleasant to deal with and did a thorough job resolving my AC recharge & coil cleaning issue. If you have'nt had this service done in a while prepare for sticker shock. Material prices in particular are way up.

They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

fast response. they were able to get and install new part promptly. service tech was able to explain everything to me. knew what he was doing.

company worked well with me to replace gas furnace. the owner came to my house the same day i called about my gas furnace,and it was determined it was time to replace it. installers were polite and explained everything to me during the install process. returned calls in a timely manner when i had to call them.

The response was very quick, within 24 hours a tech (Everardo) arrived on site. He identified a defective capacitor and installed a new one which restored our central air. We also had a diverter in zone 2 that stopped working. Everardo checked the wiring and system for defects. He isolated a defective motor. My system is 17 years old old so that particular motor was no longer manufactured. A new compatable diverter module was ordered and installed the following day. The bill was very reasonable and the service was quick and efficient due in no small part to an excellent technician.

Everuardo was wonderful! Explained what was wrong and since my unit outside is no longer made, called the office to see what was available! Planned to have it on the truck so he could put it in a few days! Called the next day and said the â jobâ he was going to was rescheduled could he come over to put it in! I was thrilled to have A/C sooner! I couldnâ t be happier!

I had a no call, no show from another Angi “pro”. Was supposed to be here at 9am. Then I just happened to get a text from Angi that a couple of other pros wanted to give me a quote. I ended up going with Burke Plumbing and Heating and they were at my house within a few hours. The technician was friendly and performed an inspection of my ac unit and gave it a good to go. Only took about 30 minutes and was a bit pricey at $275. I was told that’s pretty much the going rate for a standard tune up but my fault for not getting multiple quotes. What I also like about Burke is that it’s a one stop shop in case you need an electrician, HVAC, plumber, or a sheet metal pro.
