Watch out for the travel cost. Did a search for the New Bedford area...they are from Rayhnam a $365 upfront cost. Rep did not disclose prior to appointment. $425 bill for a $70.00 service? Wow, buyer be aware.

Did not solve the problem. Left me with no AC in a heat wave. Called another service who at least got it running until the part could be ordered. Burke never called me back after saying they would get the part needed.

When 1 of the technicians didn't show up for work the owner got into his truck at 5 pm on Sunday evening and drove about 30 minutes to fix my central AC unit.

Routine project running a line from fridge ice maker turned into additional plumbing. Three hours for that, and, installation of kitchen faucet. $125.00 an hour. Lost pressure in shower?????

Very pricey. Charged $325.00 labor for 20 minutes work. Total bill was $898.00 just to add r22 and a sealer for a "tiny" hole. Service was fast and knowledgeable.

I called on a Friday and an appointment was made for Monday. On Saturday I received a call to let me know that they could come that day. They arrived within the hour and repaired my leaking AC unit. Tech was great. He explained everything that he did. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use in the future.
