Excellent Customer Service - was emailed and called immediately. Work quality & value for the money will ultimately depend on how long the repair lasts. The contractor corrected a leak and recharged the system. All is well so far.

I called Burke Plumbing for the AC in my father's mobile home, he's 92. They said the would arrive in 2 days, Thursday, to diagnose and estimate the poor air flow from all the air ducts. They moved their schedule around to come earlier, Wednesday. Diagnosed the problem and returned the following day to fix it. The entire duct work under the trailer had rotted out. Mind you, it made no difference to them that they would be working in a crawl space on a hot June day. When I was trying to get prices, I told another company the problem, they immediately said they couldn't come for a month and I had to push to get them to come for an estimate. That company still hasn't shown up!!! Burke Plumbing is not afraid of any job. Nice guys. The price quoted was worth every penny. Now my Dad's AC doesn't run 24/7 anymore.

Called to ask for a quote on checking/refilling my refrigerant and to schedule an appointment. Never got the quote or had any costs discussed with me until after the work was done, but the tech was friendly, respectful, and arrived on-time.

I hired Burke plumbing and heating to take a look at my A/C system and give me a quote for repair. About 45 minutes later they handed me a bill for $1,100 to recharge my unit. I questioned the very high price, and asked him if he checked for any leaks in the system that's caused it to be refilled with coolant, and he said that's his price and it would cost more for him to do that. I am very unsatisfied with their price and service. I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.

I had ordered the fan for my water heater myself so the $365 cost was for about 80 minutes of labor which seemed excessive to me.

I thought the labor charge was high, but haven't compared to others.

whatever they fixed broke less than a month later. Now they cannot be reached. Trying to call them - phone is no longer in service.

I simply wanted to understand why my A/C unit was not cooling as expected on a hot day. Before I was educated by Jim on what the problem was and how it would be fixed and at what cost, I learned the bill for simply recharging the coolant was $538. The re-charge was also done without me having been apprised of the opportunity to use a sealant to help the system retain the coolant. After he added the coolant, 4 pounds, of which I had no idea, he told me a sealant was available as well at $200+ dollars. So, it was too late to use the sealant! A very frustrating and expensive experience for a simple recharge to the A/C unit

Thanks to Eduardo and the rest of the team at Burke Plumbing and Heating for helping a couple of neurotic first time home buyers with a lack of hot water issue that became two visits and learning more than I ever wanted to know about tank-less heaters and thermostats. When we knew the issue was resolved and took the 1st long hot shower we owe you and appreciated your professionalism, knowledge, and transparent with what was happening , walking us step by step! We hopefully will not have to call you for awhile but if we do we look forward to working with you and the rest of the Burke team!
