Great company. Called right away after I got their information on Home Advisor. When they came out, they did the job in less time than I originally thought. Two great professionals who knew what they were doing, and did the job quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to watch these professionals work. Recommend Burke Plumbing and heating to everyone.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

He and his answering service did respond quickly and the work itself appears to be good. However, he was not able to estimate the costs and was expensive.

Did a great job but there was some disconnect between the ordering of my equipment and the time of delivery. Plumber wasted an hour waiting for the heater to show up. I was quoted a price and the final bill was exactly the quote price but it was not broken down to the price of goods and services, just a flat rate.

They did not disclose pricing and charge in advance. Burke did not bring professional equipment for diagnosis. I was told that there was CO leak from my old furnace and that the heat exchanger was completely broken. Did not offer any options but insisted that Thermal Zone would be the best. Estimated cost for replacing the furnace itself only was around $7500.

Hired them to clean my furnace. They replaced a couple of parts as well. Charged over $600. And added an extra hour to the bill on top of the hour the tech went to the store to pick up parts. They had to come back a month later because the furnace stopped working. It was filled with soot. They also replaced the expansion tank this time. They came out and charged me for emergency Service on a Saturday even through the guy was here for like 10 minutes. No furnace for the weekend. Came back a second time to finish the job late Monday. Left the backflow preventer in a box and never installed and a huge sooty mess in the basement. Another $1000. I could have nearly bought a new furnace with their half-done repairs.

This company seems honest and fair. I hired them to service my cousin's mobile home. Apparently the mobile home doesn't require service. They were honest about that and reduced the price to just cover their time. So, they didn't do work on it, but I appreciated their honesty.
