I was very pleased to know that the part that was required to repair my furnace immediately was on hand in Burke Plumbing and Heating truck, therefore, it was not necessary to wait while part had to be ordered. The gentleman (Jim) was very professional and since this happened on one of the coldest days of the year I was thankful to get such prompt service.

He was on time and checked out problem. repaired quickly and checked furnace over. Very friendly and neat. System working perfectly.

They were great and the cost was amazing. They fixed a 20-year old machine by tracking down a part when they could have recommended replacement instead.

Rip off! Overcharge to the max! Tried to fool and scare me that a failure, of the meter that checks the house pressure, from the cold night by saying this is terrible. A lot of trouble. Your whole house is leaking gas! Of course it was the cold meter. He knew it and told the inspector right in front of me!! I watched every move he made, fixed the problem by putting some goop on the tread of the pipes and screwed them back in. One half hour. I'll give 'em an hour. Charge me $600!!! The worker talked trash words in front of my wife without regard. Swore and cursed an old 'on off' valve by saying they leak but never suggested to replace it. In short, this is a 'no-go' operation.

Great customer service and gave some great advice for new homeowners.

We had estimates come in anywhere from $5k-$15k for fixing or replacing our HVAC system in Middleboro, that hadn't been used in who knows when. We were getting worried! Then Everato of Burke Plumbing and Heating comes by to take a look and realizes that the main electric wire to the system is not correct. Our electrician happens to be at the house, they manage to switch it out the wire, add some freon and VOILA! All systems up and running for under $600.00! Thanks for saving the day, week, season and Year!

A little high for the job and time he was on the job, do not get mewrong he new what the problem was right away. Would call them if I have any our problems .thanks to HomeAdvisor for getting this fix.

Completed the job (simple job to replace a AC capacitor) but extremely unprepared and overall a very stressful experience!

They were quick and on time.

They came out three times to repair my central air to a cost of over $1,000.00. We are still without AC. They left on 8/8 saying everything was working fine. That lasted about 30 minutes. They also said unit needed to be updated, needs insulation, duct work also needs to be upgraded. This would cost over $11,000.
