Fast response, Their Technician Everardo was quick in identifying the problem and replaced a failed component and returned the unit to service. Everardo was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Overall very impressed with Burke Plumbing and Heating .

Reliable and on time

My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes.

Jim was very professional he did what needed to be done quickly and efficiently

The technician was very knowledgeable about my boiler system and I loved it when he said that he would start with the cheapest fix first. I trust a person who is looking out for their customer, knowing how expensive things are these days.

Customer is not happy with the work.

They tell you one thing and the repairman shows up works for seven minutes and charges it outrageous amount when they said that they were going to do it by job I should have gotten a quote, but they donâ t do quotes like their advertisement says outrageous

He was prepared friendly and attentive. He knew exactly what he was doing, only thing is I priced the same part and could've got it for a lot cheaper. But would recommend or use him again

Quick response to my request for service. Technican was polite and attentative to our service issue. Initial Technician was unable to resolve our service problem and needed to request assistantance from another Technician to resolve problem.

Very pleased with the service. They were out the same day and did great work.

He was precise came analyze the job and returned the next day prepared to complete the work cleaned up after himself

From scheduling to completion, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. And my heating system is working much better now. Everardo and Brian have also come back to replace a toilet and re-pipe basement sump pumps that were not up to code. Highly recommended!!

Called expecting to have to wait for service but was pleasantly surprised and got service later that morning. Definitely on my speed dial if needed again.

He is exceptional with his work ethics and a true professional. Jim was one of the best contractor I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend him for what ever job you have. He shows up as scheduled and returns calls or texts the same day. That is unheard of from all the contractors I have used in the past. If I could rate his work with more stars I certainly would. A little pricey but good service

Burke was able to come out within 2 days to do routine service on my boiler. He also bled all the lines. Very pleasant and communicative!
