Annette Clang

Contrary to the previous review that Annette probably wrote herself, this woman is a crook. We bought a house which she flipped with her "wonderful network of contractors" and it's been nothing but issues since we moved in. She has refused to return a call since day one full knowing the nightmare she dumped on us. "All new plumbing" = old pipes which her plumber dumped scrap material down when remodeling the bathroom. Clogged and backed waste up into shower week 1. "Brand new roof" = a layer of shingles over particle board that started leaking mid winter because it was done so poorly. The Roofer that looked at the job said we need an entire roof and "the hack that did the "new roof" did us no favors". Thanks for the "new roof" Annette! I could go on with other issues but the list would never end. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this realtor and anything she has ever touched.

Annette is everything you could want in a realtor and then some -- she is professional, deeply knowledgeable about real estate on the South Shore, has a wonderful network of contractors she is able to recommend, and -- she is kind and fun to be around. She never tried to push me into properties that she knew I could afford, but would not suit my needs, and she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a property. I ended up purchasing a property that would need substantial renovation, and she gave me the confidence (and the advice) necessary to take on this work knowing that I would have a very good outcome and had made a good investment. She checked in with me repeatedly after both my rental transaction and the condo sale to offer help and advice if needed with any aspect of the moves, and I know it is all utterly sincere. Annette is my realtor for life, I can't recommend her highly enough.
