They gave me references for similar jobs so I could see their quality of work. They are pleasant and professional at all times. They are helpful and responsive. They have answered all my questions. I did sign up for their services.

He was very nice - he was actualy at our house to service our oil burner and was able to take care of the toilet while at our house. He was very professional and cleaned up when he was finished. We originally only used Kerivan Lane for our oil, but now we will use them for plumbing jobs, too.

They were on time and they have been very forthcoming with the information. There has been no inconvenience and they were very clean. They also tried to work around our perimeters for hot water, etc.

Kerivan-Lane is fantastic. We had an energy efficient Buderus furnace installed. They showed up promptly and installed it quickly. They were understanding when the loan process took longer then expected. Most importantly, when I had questions about operating it they showed up promptly (twice!!) to give me training sessions. A great company.

I was excited to get my faucet up and running again, but being 9 months pregnant, I fell asleep during my 2 year olds nap time and slept right though my appointment time. They were very responsive and were able to get their tech to come by again later that afternoon (despite me messing up their schedule). I can't tell you how appreciative I was that they were able to come back and get running water in my kitchen. The tech Mike Forrester was very efficient and friendly, despite me tacking an extra few hours onto an already late friday. I will be calling them for all future pluming needs!

Kerivan-Lane responded right away, scheduled the work and were there exactly when the appointment was scheduled. The plumber didn't mess around and got to work, fixed the leak (replaced the section of pipe) and cleaned up. He didn't tell me I needed more work or try to charge for additional services. As he left, he handed me a coupon, to combine with a friend's coupon, for a practically free visit! Nice work!

They did excellent work, and completed the project on time with a high degree of pride and professionalism.

As always everything was well done. I have been using Kerivan-Lane for over thirty years. I would not use anything else.

Tony (the service technician), gave me a ride me from their office to my house and then proceeded to quickly and professionally perform the annual service on my boiler. Tony work very quietly. So much so that my daughter was sleeping in the next room and didn't even hear him working. I have found Kerivan-Lane to be very responsive and willing to adapt to our needs.

I was very impressed with the skill, professionalism, and courtesy the serviceman provided. Initially he introduced himself then I showed him the burner and he asked if there was another way to go in and out of the cellar as he did not want to track dirt into my house. I let him do his work and checked back about 40 minutes later. We discussed maintenance of the system and he advised me that I should have the chimney cleaned about every five to seven years. He finished his work and left with the basement as clean as when he entered.

The receptionist helped me identify some no interest heating loan programs. They always serve the customer first!!

It took two visits for them to provide an accurate estimate. The installation was great, but I would have appreciated the installers to have reviewed the equipment with us afterwards.

The installation was very well planned. The first day was delayed due to workers not checking properly with distributor to obtain the correct equipment. After installation was complete, I had to call to get cdd solder joint repaired that was leaking water. Overall, very happy with the new system.

They are professional, prompt and timely.

They had replaced a furnace 3-1/2 years ago and when they did the service this year, they found that it needed to be replaced. They worked with the manufacturer of the furnace and it was replaced by the manufacturer. They were going to charge us for the labor but they ultimately took care of it. They did a great job. The workers that did the installation were great as well.

They are responsive. They are responsible for keeping our tank full. They do call to make sure that I know they are coming.

I don?t need to call them, they just show up. They are consistent and they always seem to be a first class company.

Both times they were punctual and they did the work properly.

They are pretty good at getting out and fixing the problem. They are friendly, good on the phone and timely.

The workmen were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. They cleaned up the mess made by their installation.

I strongly recommend them for all your future heating, cooloing, oil supply, and plumbing work.

They installers were very pleasant, always punctual, answered all of our questions. They didn't make a mess, and cleaned up afterwards. The installation was very impressive. I hardly knew they were here.

Overall we were very happy with their work. The installers were extremely courteous and friendly. (They even took their shoes off when they came up from the basement to test the baseboards.) They were informative through the entire process and meticulous in their cleanup. I think our only complaint would be that the project took longer than initially estimated and required us to take more time off from work than originally planned. They weren't allowed to work overtime which extended to duration of the project. Outside of that though, great work by great guys.
