He has saved us on multiple occasions. He replaced our septic pump promptly when others said it would be impossible to do so on a weekend.

We needed the plumbing fixed with a new fixture. He answered her phone call immediately and immediately went and bought a solid fixture for a good price and then installed it immediately. It was fantastic.

Small job and it went well and took a lot less time than I was worried it would.

Perfect! Prompt, professional and fixed the problem the first time. No leaks. I also will mention in the pouring rain-going the extra mile. I did think the price was slightly high. However, as I mentioned it was pouring rain outside and all the work needed to be done was outside of the house All in all I think he spend about 20-25 mins to completed the project and he left me the rest of the hosee/tubing.

All issues/problems were fixed/resolved. A true professional. Highly recommend his company.

He did a really great job. He threw all the stuff away, he did a good job cleaning. He installed the pumps, checked it, made sure that it was working properly and did a great job.

He was very busy that week but fit me in. Mr. Floros was able to quickly find the leak in a joint in the pipes in a back hall wall. He had to open up the wall. He replaced the joint with a better fitting elbow and that fixed the problem.

I had a hot water heater that had been taking longer and longer to "kick in". I finally got around to calling someone to look at it. Even though I said it was not urgent Mr. Floros arrived at my door within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and said he would be back with the part the next day as the supply house was closed by that time. He came back the next day and installed the part. I was very impressed to say the least.

Our water heater failed and after calls to the original installer went unanswered, I called Mr Floros based on his Angie's List reviews, and he answered even though it was late at night. He walked me through troubleshooting and identifying information he needed to find a replacement. He quickly found a replacement early the next morning and by mid afternoon the new unit was in. Mr. Floros was a pleasure to work with, was exceptionally helpful, and will definitely be my first call the next time we need work done.

Went great. He replaced radiator valves and attempted to clear the banging. Results overall were good. Still some slight banging but nothing like before. Leaky radiator fixed and all radiators pitched and level. Was impressed that he explained everything and bill was reasonable. He even called later that night to see about the banging. I would definitely call again for services.

After the big box store delivery coordinator assured me my new gas stove/oven was scheduled for installation along with delivery, I was only mildly surprised to learn that the delivery guys were just delivery guys and my stove would not, in fact, be installed. Since Thanksgiving is this week and my husband and I both work typical office hours, I was left scrambling to find a licensed plumber available today to handle removing the old oven and installing the new one. Petros Floros to the rescue! I called about one PM and was told someone could be out same day, for $180-200 plus any needed parts. I got another call a few hours later when he finished the job he was working on and was on his way to my house. Petros disconnected the old stove and got the new one hooked up using the existing set up (allowing me to return the mandatory installation kit to the seller, saving me $25). My house is over a hundred years old with nary a level surface to be found, with the kitchen floor visibly uneven. Still, Petros got the oven perfectly level. Throughout, he was a consummate professional while making friendly conversation. And in the end, he only charged me the low end of his estimate - and then asked if there was anything else we needed before he left! Petros thoughtfully left us his card, which I've put in a safe place for easy reference for any of our future plumbing needs. As a new homeowner, this could have been a disaster (did I mention Thanksgiving is in five days?), but this was one of the most painless transactions I've had so far!

It was so easy and fast to get the work done. I called P. Floros in the early evening and he showed up the next morning. He quickly did all of the work and gave us a very reasonable bill.

He's awesome. I have met very few folks in my time who were both as courteous and professional as Petros. He was available immediately and got the work done for me in a pinch on a Sunday. He's amiable and personable and quite frankly, I'd invite this guy over for dinner any day. Plus, he's a skilled plumber and pretty hilarious to boot. I would have zero issues referring him to anyone.

Mr. Floros was very professional. I discovered my water heater leaking at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and called Mr. Floros fifteen minutes later. He asked me to text message some pictures of the leaking heater and the surrounding plumbing, and responded almost immediately with a quote for a new unit. He was on his way shortly thereafter, including text message updates when he hit unexpected traffic, and by 6:00 pm we had the new water heater installed. The work was done quickly, professionally, and based on this experience I would call Mr. Floros in the future.

Managed to squeeze me in between jobs for same day service within an hour or two of calling. Also answered a bunch of questions for a new homeowner. Took two tries to solder the joint, but the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. Called later that day for a consult on a corroded pipe I found and got a quick response and estimate. Would definitely call them again for work.

I called Chris on a late Sunday afternoon when I discovered a gushing pipe in our basement. He arrived at our house within 45 minutes and promptly and professionally fixed our problem for us.

I called in a panic when our radiators were leaking, and he came over right away. Fixed the problem immediately and then took care of our tub as well. He was great about answering all of my questions and explaining what he was doing. Very friendly and helpful, and he took the time to clean up everything as well, which was nice!
