Just fine -- answered all my questions and preferences and handled a somewhat awkward install with skill. The valve works fine now

Mr. Floros worked with my schedule on a short timeline to replace our water heater. He professionally negotiated with me about how to get the job done approximately the way that I wanted while still meeting local code. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and took away the old unit. The price was a great value considering the work done.

The work went very well. My hot water was erratic and Floros investigated thoroughly and found the problem. An air pocket in the water heater. He also suggested some repair to the system which would make it easier to detect heating problems in the future. Floros was very knowledgable and spent time explaining the issues. I now have regular hot water that can be depended on.

I called, Petros was right around the corner. He got to my house as soon as he was done at another job. Came in, took a look, gave me a prognosis, took apart the faucet, showed me the degraded parts, replaced said part, didn't give me a hard time at all over me making his job harder by trying to do it myself first and maybe stripping some parts, chatted with me and my 17 month old daughter, replaced the part, and didn't stop working the entire time. Couldn't have asked for more professional, friendly service.

Petros came to diagnose our problem within a few hours. He repaired our old toilet, but recommended a new one( more economical use of water), ordered and delivered it within a few days. He replaced our old toilet quickly and efficiently. We are delighted to find our new plumber, just a few minutes away, in our town. We highly recommend him!!!

We had trouble getting our old plumber to respond, and had to find someone new. The recommendation looked good, and it was very true to form. Incredibly responsive, great attitude and got the job done. Showed up when he said, and communicated with what he needed to ensure he had the parts and understood the problem. We have had very good luck in the past, but Floros I would say has really been great. Price was on target, so I would say that this he is the same as others, but the job done made us feel it was worth it.

I brought Mr. Floros in because my previous (unlicensed) plumber screwed up, and I needed a knowledgable (licensed) professional to fix the problem and to give me sound advice. The problem was a loud knocking/hammer sound in my pipes following a water line installation to an appliance with an electric valve. Mr. Floros showed up with short notice on a Friday evening, solved the problem, and gave me the advice that I needed to deal with the previous plumber.

Great communication ever before he arrived. He was punctual, and got straight to work, but had time to share nice and funny conversation with us while he was working. Quickly cleaned up and even took care of the old disposal for us. We were thrilled with the work and with his demeanor, and will certainly use him again in the future.

Had a toilet clog I wasn't able to resolve myself. They ended up having to remove the toilet to get at the clog. They did everything professionally and cleanly. This is now my second time using them. Even gave me a good tip on how to fix the problems that my attempted fix caused.

We woke up this morning (a Saturday) to a steady leak from our water heater. We turned to a couple of different resources for help and plumber references, including here on Yelp. Petros responded almost instantly to our request for a quote, despite it being a weekend. He was incredibly informative and helped us weigh our options in standard versus tankless water heaters. In the end, we went with another standard water heater and Petros had everything swapped out by 2:30 this afternoon. Not only did he let us know everything he was doing, but he was just a nice guy. He finished the appointment by playing with our dog! Thanks, Petros, for your quick response and professionalism. We will definitely be adding you to our list of go-to contractors!

Our tenant called at 8:30 on a Saturday night re a clogged toilet. My husband was on an emergency call from work from 8:30 till 11:45 without a minute to breathe and the tenants were upset (rightly so) with no working toilet. My husband finally got there but I was worried that he might not have success so I started looking on Angie's list for a 24 hour plumber...found Floros Plumbing and Heating who was willing to head out to help us out. Petro answered the phone himself and was ready to get into the car and drive over. Just then my husband had a break, ran over and fixed the problem. Really appreciative of the kind attitude and would use again in the future.

Fabulous! Petro came out same day, made the fix and helped me hook up my new washer to boot!!!! Definitely went above and beyond (and also make my dog's day with a little round of fetch.) :) I highly recommend and will definitely hire again!

The company answered the call immediately and asked to send a picture of the damaged pipe. They were able to come the same day, which no other company could do (the only other possibility was to get someone from Sila next Monday). The problem was fixed quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable.

I called Pietro Floros at 9:45AM on the Sunday after thanksgiving and he had everything fixed by 10:30 AM. He replaced the broken parts and had everything working in minutes. He was amazingly quick, professional and friendly. He gave me a good price for an emergency service. I would hire him again in a minute! He also maintenances heating systems.

it Is clear that this plumber is a seasoned professional. He quickly identified the problem with the old waterheater and recommended that it be replaced. In less than 24 hours I had a new gas water heater installed , and the old one was removed. Price for the water heater and its installation was competitive with an extended warranty. I Would certainly use his services again if the need should arise

First I called and told him what I had done and he asked me to take pics and send them to him so he could see if he could talk me through a quick fix - once he determined it needed to be reworked he said he would come to my home as soon as he was done job he was on way to - he showed when he said he would be there and he said "I'll do best I can to fix this for you at reasonable cost" and he did what he said he would do. I've worked with lot of trades people and I would hire him again in heartbeat. Professional, reliable, reasonable and customer caring. Cant go wrong with going with their services. Highly recommended
