She advised us to sell at a good price and then marketed the home to get the best price. She then worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted. She coordinated the entire transaction all the way through closing. Sue was always accessible and quickly returned calls and e-mails. She did as much as possible, and more, to help us through a complicated and confusing time. She never overstepped her boundaries as a realtor but gave us excellent advice when we asked for it. She educated us and made us aware of all transactions so we could make the best decisions.She always spoke to us and treated us as equals in the house buying process. This is really her strong feature. Sue also helped us to buy another house while we were selling the first house. She sent us listings every day in our price range and location. We found the price range and location we wanted and she immediately started the process of getting the best price for us. We got the property for less and had the repairs/changes done as we requested. Sue is intelligent, friendly, hard working and accessible. I highly recommend her to anyone who is either buying, selling or both!
