They're wonderful! Their interest rates are really good.

We have had DCU as our bank for a couple of years now, after opening an account to get a car loan through them. Their staff members have always been polite and helpful, and their loan rates were much better than the other places we looked. The problems we had (not getting a discount on the interest rate for our loan as promised) were solved quickly when we contacted them. I use my phone to take pictures of checks to deposit them, and their online banking to pay all my bills. I've referred them to family and friends. SO much better than dealing with one of the big banks! Only two drawbacks-- 1- not having ATMs everywhere, but honestly I don't use cash that much-- easier to use my ATM card. 2- you can't change your PIN number for your ATM card-- I've never heard of any other bank that does this. Frustrating, but pretty small when it comes to the big picture.

From day one it was a struggle to deal with DCU. Day one I asked to have my mail sent to a PO box, they sent to my address which has no mail service. Got a mortgage with DCU and was ask repeatedly for the same information over and over again. Had to delay closing due to DCU not being ready for first closing. I was beginning to think they had something against me but when I had learn the person working on my loan had messed up and I could not be charged for PMI I realized how bad they are. If they are going to make mistakes that cost them thousands imagine how many mistakes they make that will cost you more. They have me now. if I refinance with someone else i will have to pay PMI, so till i am above the 78% loan to value I will just pay them.

Their on line banking services are very useful. Their billing paying service is free and very useful. When you go into the branch, the scholars are very competent and very useful. And the whole banking system has basically no fees.

Not going to go into all the personal detail, but the approval process was extremely quick and easy. Had an answer within minutes. The closing process was extremely difficult. DCU continued to ask for more documentation on 3 separate occasions. Each time delaying closing by a few days. Finally closed and cut a check. Handed it to my contractor, who then could not cash the check at a DCU branch with proper ID. For a small bank, they really do not understand or have common sense toward small businesses using their name and and quot;Doing Business As and quot; a small company. Completely Frustrated... This will likely end my relationship with the bank

They were traditional when they were founded and I have been with them ever since they have started which is about 20 or 30 years. I have always felt that FCU treats people pretty well. They are diligent about not loosing money but making money. Their rates are not the cheapest but you can get that their dealing is very honest. All the people that I have dealt with has been very good to deal with and are very professional.

Everything is online and their rates are pretty low.

I am very happy with them. When I want to make deposits I can go to a "sister" credit union and whatever you deposit there gets credited to your local office. You can deposit a check by I-phone. They let you have a copy of your credit score once a month with your bank statement. They have lower interest rates on credit cards and loans. I never want to use a bank again, I just want to use credit unions. I can call them up and they will let me speak right to the underwriter for a loan. By just calling and talking to them you learn how to get the best loan rates because they give you their procedures. You are not charged excessive penalties and fees. I will continue to use them in the future.

Have been a member for 25 years. Excellent rates for both savings and loans. Over the years we have had mortgages, car loan, Cd's, etc. Both of our children have had memberships and benefited from high CD rates. Always helpful, professional, and I like dealing with a bank that is in the neighborhood.

They service rep was very kind, extremely dilligent, and aided me greatly in the process. They found the right loan for me, explained terms and delivered on their promises. No hidden surprises or fees.

They had the best rates we could find anywhere. The closing costs ended up lower than the original estimate. All the paperwork was completed ahead of schedule and every question along the way was answered immediately. Our mortgage rep, Andrea Mitchell, was easy to reach by phone or email. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This place definitely doesnt squeeze the last buck out of you. The commercial banks just turn me off anymore. I never feel like they do anything in my best interest. I just feel valued here. They kind of look for customers for the long haul, so they treat you right. I like that. Regular banks are not like that anymore. I really like our mortgage company a lot.

ATM'S are going up on fees for non-customers. If you go to them and you get charged for ATM withdraws, they credit you. They're great with mortgages, too. They are really professional and I love them. They just treat you right. They know what they are doing in terms of home loans and they are my place of choice to be honest.
