It went extremely well. Howard and his associate were very pleasant, professional and responsive. They provided us with a series of excellent photos showing the work they had done. They also discussed the overall condition of our roofs (upper and lower), with photos of the problem areas, and followed up with a separate estimate for each if we decided on a new roof. As our first step in thinking about a new roof, this was extremely helpful. It was also a bargain at $99.

Muy Excellente! Howard is professional and thorough! I could hear him walk the entire roof of my split level. I am a senior handicapped widow and he brought me pictures of before and after a number of fixes he completed during the inspection. He patched all kinds of knicks, cracks and shingle popups. He assured me of the 'good' condition of my older roof which I appreciate. (some people intimidate us seniors, or try). He was honest, a true comfort! For those that don't know, these promotional offers are for future business. In my case, there won't be any so I paid extra for the great service. I happen to know fair market in home repairs in Boston area and it is expensive. I will promote this company to everyone I know!

It took a few times to schedule/reschedule, mostly because of the weather and my work schedule, but Howard was finally able to come and check out the roof. Our house is 15 years old and still on its first roof, and the wear & tear isn't apparent from the street level. Howard took several pictures and was also able to locate the source of the leak over the bathroom window so that it could be temporarily sealed until the roof can be replaced. He was very polite and straightforward. He's sending an estimate today. If it's reasonable/affordable, I'd love to go with this company again.

Very professional from start to finish. Jenny called several times to schedule a good time for me. Their crew showed up on time and were very professional, took photos, caulked and told me I still had several years left on my roof. No hard sell at all. Really appreciated it.

After receiving a quote from another contractor that was astronomical, I contacted Howard Construction. The estimator arrived on time as promised and I received a very reasonable quote. At this point, it was getting late in the year. Bad weather and my travel schedule caused a couple of cancellations, but the Howard team stayed on top of things and were able to complete the job during a warm stretch. The job was well staffed, the work was completed quickly and efficiently and the site was left spotless. Most important, the work was excellent. I can recommend Howard Construction without reservation.

I had a leak on my roof, within a day, they came to check it out, provided a quote, and by the next day the leak was fixed. I emailed later at night (outside of normal business hours), and the office manager, Jenny, emailed me and called me the same night. I want to take the opportunity to THANK Howard from Howard Construction Malden for his great service. Howard and Jenny are a wonderful team!!! I mean it. I had been calling many many companies to do a roof repair and it was taken days to get responses. I was becoming frustrated and as a home owner concerned. I called Howard's because I seen a company truck (at this point I was extremely desperate) and that same evening Jenny scheduled a visit. Howard was able to give me a quote on the spot and with in hours Jenny sent me a detailed contract. Hooray!!!I was impressed to see the owner of a company come to my home. The next day the repairs started. As a home owner I was happy. The work done was great! The guys working on my home were so caring of my home. I received a great email after the work was completed. The customer service was just great. I am thankful I was able to finally get my repair take care with this company. It went well, from start to finish. Howard was right there, with texts and calls, so I felt "taken care" of. This is a man who gets the job done, and I loved seeing him in action.

Excellent! it was completed in 3 days. We had 8 roofers come and give us estimates then never come back or return phone calls. I called Howard on Thursday he called me on Friday came out on Saturday in 97 degree weather. We had an estimate on Monday he started on Wednesday and was done on Friday. Very professional and his crew was great.
