M&L Landscaping Construction

Leo was recommended to me in my search to replace a large 70 ft x 6 ft retaining wall and fence, which surround a swimming pool. He was the most reasonably priced bid, and once we got the permit approved, which required engineering plans, it took one week to demolish the old wall and put up a beautiful Ideal Block wall. Since the patio was half torn up due to the demolition, he asked if I wanted to redo the patio. It was more money than I planned, and he allowed me to pay over specified time frame. He added a small retaining wall 3 ft x 7 ft and did a walkway from the gate to the driveway matching the patio perfectly. He completed all the work in three weeks, passed inspection and we have a beautiful oasis.

Leo and his crew were just wonderful to work with. I have never seen men work so hard and accomplish so much in just 2 days of work. This was the second time I hired Leo and this job was much bigger. They spring cleaned my yard, mulched the flower beds that encircle the yard, layer down a people and slate walkway between my driveway, backyard & my shed. They also water pressure treated the rock wall that goes down both sides of my driveway. The blew off the moss, dirt & many years of crud. Then they grouted the walls and they look brand new!. They also landscaped my front walkways so that both sides are balanced. Leo, is just great to work with & I recommend him without reservation!9

OMG these guys are AMAZING!!!!! They are now MY go to company... if you want it done right call them! My yard was a mess! And Leo and his crew created a beautiful yard!!! Better than I could have imagined! Thank you guys! True professionals!!!!!

Leo and his crew did a great job. They arrived early every morning and worked throughout the day. They cleaned up the worksite when done. Our yard looks awesome, compared to what was there before the job! I would recommend M&L Landscaping!

Communications about job and timing were very good. Work proceeded as scheduled. Unforseen additional work was completed without hesitation. Workmen were pleasant on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the results. Leo is a class act.

Awesome! Leo and his crew were great. They were always there when they said they would be (7:00 am till 7:00 pm every days) and always easy to reach when I had a question. I would recommend them to anyone. Place looks awesome and we are very pleased. They never missed a day either so he job went very quick.

I hired him for a total new lawn with scraping of old grasses and soil to be replaced by new topsoil and grass seeds the grass never grew despite repeated watering just weeds grew he used a low grade seed that didn’t grow and I’m not too sure of the quality of the topsoil even though he mused plenty it looked dry too me and I questioned him on it he assured me it was fine,but he would not guarantee his lawn work, now I know why .the fence work he shorted me two panels then what we agreed upon , we were supposed to recite o L shapes of fences on both sides of the house but did not also two of the post are held up with rocks and cement not just cement, and the mulch was also short from the agreed upon amount he left areas bare that should of had mulch, I did not hire him for pathways or patio work but he assured me he was capable of being able to handle landscaping, I was wrong

I must say I am extremely glad I selected M&L Landscaping- they are amazing!. Leo and his team are true hard-workers - the job was to be completed in 2-3 weeks and literally everything was done in a week. I am not one to write reviews, but seriously had to write one for this company they truly deserve to be recognized as they take their work seriously and go above and beyond. I look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend. 5+ stars for sure

M & L did an excellent job!!! Leo advised me on what pavers would work best before we started, and I am very happy with what we chose. M&L arrived as promised, and came everyday (12+ hour days) until the job was finished. They picked up and left the site clean. Their attention to detail and meticulous work can not be overstated; they blended the new patio with an existing small patio seamlessly. They communicated the options we had and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the work.

When I called Leo, he came out to see my yard immediately. We scheduled a date and he stood by it. Him and his crew are nice, professional, reliable and fast. They were done with my yard ( but a big yard) in 3 days. We had a budget and we talked to Leo about what we wanted and worked with us. New Pavers and concrete patio could be expensive, he gave ours an overlay and it looks great. The new fence looks great , and our crab apple trees is gone. They went above and beyond . I still call Leo to take a look at my grass because I am new to caring for newly layered sod grass , and he still calls me back and came out to look at my grass. Even after the job is done he is still dedicated and cares about his clients. Thank you Leo and your crew!

Three workers worked very hard to turn my leaf & branch filled yard into a beautiful space! They arrived on time and checked their progress with me several times. I would definitely rehire this company for future projects. Highly recommend

They were so great deal with! Very responsive and quick! It took one day to beautify my yard from edging lots of planting beds, to adding mulch, to trimming shrubs and generally sprucing up the entire acre property! Will definitely hire again!

We were really happy to have found Leo and his crew and to have hired them for our landscaping project! Leo was really responsive and evaluated the project within 24 hours. He had great advice to offer and really understood what we were after. Leo and his crew showed up a few days later and completed the project in a day—the result was great! The work was meticulous, with great attention to detail. They also managed to save plants that I thought would need to go. Finally they took great care to clean the driveway up, following up with a call. A really friendly, responsive, and professional outfit—The project was completed within four days of my reaching out for quotes—I highly recommend Leo and his team and would hire them immediately for any future project!

It went very well. Leo and his crew are hard-working, conscientious, cheerful, and courteous. They know how to use both tools and hands equally well. They picked up each day and cleaned up at the end. Leo is professional, knowledgeable about every aspect of the work to be done and in good communication throughout nearly the entire project. He handled paperwork appropriately. He was on-site for 2 out of the 3 days, and assigned his full crew to get the work done very quickly. For me this was a sizeable expense and investment that needed to be done, and I think his pricing was fair for a 3- or 4-man crew who were on-site for over 9 hours each day plus equipment and materials. He let me have his contractor's discounted prices for most of the needed materials. As several items needed clarifying as the work progressed, he and his crews cheerfully worked them through with me, even when we had a minor confusion that needed a slight redo. Leo and his crew get *bonus* points in addition for being polite, cheerful and gracious with a female client (This cannot always be said, so it is very much appreciated. A couple of my friends are already hoping to hire him and his crew when they can.) Great job, Leo, and thank you!
