I called and set up an appointment. Office staff was very friendly and effecient. On 11/21/13, Eddie came to do the estimate as promised, and seemed very knowledgeable. We had some trouble around the estimate, which probably got lost in the mail. Eddie and his office were extremely responsive and professional on realizing I had never received the estimate. They worked hard to make everything right. I was so impressed with their response that I hired them. They ordered the windows which arrived on time. The installer was prompt, engaging, and the work was great. I'm very pleased with EB Windows and hope to use them soon for porch screens.

Very satisfied with the service. The job took 2 days. The installers were on time and very polite. They caulked and re wrapped the trim outside all of the windows. Some of the existing windows were previously installed in a way requiring all trim around the window to be removed in order to get the old windows out, which took extra time. I was concerned about how the trim would go back on after the installation but they did a great job requiring us to only do minimal paint touch up. One window needed adjustment so I called Ed and he came out the next day and fixed the issue. I did a lot of research on line about windows and if you paid attention to every review about every window brand you wouldn't buy anything. We got an estimate from a window company through next step living and the price per window we were quoted was ridiculously high. I could have other windows installed 3 times for their price. They were helpful from day 1 and we are happy with the warranty which includes glass breakage and price after the Angie's list discount.

We are very pleased with our new windows. E & B Windows did an excellent job on the install. The quality of the windows is superior and their customer service was great. This was a very positive experience and we plan on using them again for future window replacements.

EB Window was one of the lower priced of the four estimates I got for the job. I chose EB Window primarily because they were able to do all the work I needed in addition to the double hung replacement windows: garage windows, screen doors, and custom heavy duty storm window for a large historic original window (110+ years old) that I wanted to save. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave helpful insights and about replacement windows that none of the other companies gave, such as the fact that our existing shades would not fit the new windows, and that the exterior window trim would need to be repainted due to removal of old storm windows. He also offered discounted garage windows, since I did not want to pay for the same level of window quality for the detached garage than I did for the house. The company was very responsive and helpful when I called with questions before the job. The work proceeded on schedule and took 2 days, exactly as I had been told. The installer crew was professional and hardworking. I did find a couple minor issues during the installation, which were immediately resolved to my satisfaction. The job was completed with no adders to the original estimate. Overall, I feel like I got a great value, quality product, and quality installation. I would definitely recommend.

It went very well both times. We originally found EB from an ad in the Lynn Item and we were happy to keep our business in Lynn. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I will use them again if need be.

I was in desperate need of two sliding doors and windows over the kitchen sink and bath tub. All windows in the house were replaced previously; but these were not replaced at that time because they were not the standard replacements. A family member recommended E.B. Windows. It was the most pleasant and accommodating experience I have had with a home repair. Kathy answered the phone and quickly scheduled an appointment with her husband, Ed Byrne. Ed came to the house to provide an estimate and it was clear he had plenty of experience with windows, doors, and carpentry. He was familiar with the product that I had and recommended suitable replacements that would be the most efficient, esthetically appealing, moderately priced, and code compliant. The installation was timely scheduled and expertly accomplished in one day as promised ? including clean up and disposal of all debris. Now why can?t all home repair be so painless? Thank you E.B. We moved and did call as promised. We had another review on here when we cancelled on them and they were extremely gracious and refunded no questions asked. Once moved in we decided to replace the basement windows. All others in the house are 3 years old. Ed came out and measured and priced the job. Told me he had to make the windows up and would call when they were ready. He also answered my questions on the existing siding. The inspector stated having siding over the foundation could be an issue. He looked and said it was all fine. High quality and better for the house. He showed me how siding "breathes" and pointed out the windows on the rest of the house were good quality. We got the call yesterday to come today. 2 very nice and informative men came today. Installed all 6 windows. I couldn't ask for better work. Outside has the fabricated wood casing covered with aluminum. Insulation around every window and inside caulked since the were not finished inside. We have a couple doors that need work and down the road they will be our only call. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and customer service.

They were very punctual and detailed oriented in making sure that everything was done properly. They also cleaned up after they completed the work which was a plus.

When we were ready to remodel the exterior of our house we got three different estimates. EB Window's estimate was in the middle and I am so happy that we chose this company. The quality of the work is unsurpassed! I am now the envy of every neighbor on the street who wanted the contact information for E.B. Window and Siding. It was a pleasure dealing with Ed and Kathy when you called the office. The contractors who came out to do the job were so professional and always arrived on time as promised. Can't say enough about this company, I will definitely call them again when I am ready to remodel my rental property.

Ed and his wife Kathy were on top of this big project from start to finish. There price was excellent for all the work I had done. They were easy to work. There workers were professional and completed the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

This company was here on time and the price was excellent. The customer service is very good. We had a problem with 2 of the windows that were installed and they have changed it without hesitation. We went back to them to change a door as they are efficient and know what they are doing.

they were very punctual they came every day @ 8 am , they came prepared to work. very professional worked well as a group the siding guy's came and could work in the area that was already done and prepped by window guy's !!!!!!!! Great carpentry did exactly what I asked for !!!!!! highly recommend you to use them great prices too !!!!!! I had 7 windows made bigger !!!!!

It was nice to be able to go to the office, talk to Kathy and let her show me the windows. She was really friendly and helpful. The installers were professional and did a nice job with the details. I love the windows.

Ed came to my home himself and discussed the pros and cons of replacing the one section that failed versus replacing the entire 12 foot slider. I got three estimates for the work and Ed's pricing was the most reasonable. I also felt the most confident and comfortable with Ed. Ed researched a few different doors for me for pricing and esthetics and answered my many questions. In the end I decided to replace just the one panel. Ed did the work himself along with a helper. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date, took the section of the door back to the shop to do the work and returned promptly to reinstall. Removal and re installation proved to be a bit more complicated than expected but was handled professionally. Ed pointed out a potential problem with the studs bearing the weight of the door which was not apparent until after the door was removed for repair. However, I appreciated having the information for the future.

It went fine, but I got a cheaper price. They seem pretty good and reliable. They would expect a good response.
