Mike returned my call immediately. Came out same day to assess repair of leak in rubber roof and provided quote on the spot. Mike and his partner completed the project same day. We had heavy rain 2 days after repair and happy to report...no leaks!! These guys were honest and knew their business. I would recommend to others, without doubt.

I spoke with Mike on Thursday afternoon and he was at my house on Friday morning. He not only assessed the damage, but was able to fix the roof leak and brace the frame so I could use my garage door. I will definitely call him again in the future.

Fast response... Roof repair was completed within a week... even though there were a few "challenges". They also replaced some rotten trim boards... and painted them. Price was very reasonable.

WE had some shingles fly off during a wind storm, so we needed to have them replaced. Gary came and looked at the ridge cap, replaced the missing pieces, then cleaned the valleys where some branches etc had accumulated. It was quick and efficient. We had to pay the minimum charge. We expect to have them back in the near future to replace some heating wire that was not installed correctly.

Mike at Broadway was very professional and easy to work with. Came to review the job as scheduled, quickly provided a quote, came to personally lead the work on the job as scheduled, finished quickly. Highly recommend him and his crew.
