This company agreed back in March 2018 to install a ridge vent and add soffit vents to my house. They installed the ridge vent very quickly. However, it is July now, and I still do not have soffit vents. They make almost no effort to keep me in the loop of why they haven't done the work. They have been ignoring my texts/calls. They clearly have more important things to do for other people, even though I have been a customer since March. Even if the guy who worked on my house quit his job, the company should have followed up with all his customers to make sure his work got done. I have a feeling they just keep taking new jobs, and not worrying about the work that was promised and never finished. I would not hire these folks again.

I had to call Mike(roofer) after job completed, after first rain, he came running and took care of minor things need looked. Both owner Michael, and roofer Mike, and their buddy Jimmy are great team. I had been trying to reach the previous roofer I worked with for weeks with no response. Within 30 minutes of my call to HomeAdvisor, Broadway Home Improvement called and came out to see my problem that same day. He offered two solutions to my problem and had the work done the same week. Would definitely hire them again!

Was on time did job as promised. Very nice pleasant man. I would hire Jimmy again to work on our home. Totally satisfied. Seems I was too early in posting review, after two weeks they still have not removed the old shingles from our front yard, they took half and promised to return for the rest. Rain was the reason, then too busy with other projects and now the truck broke down, we are reasonable to a point these shingles need to be removed. They were paid for job when roof was finished Two weeks is enough time to wait. Very unhappy.

Needed to fix roof trim blown off in storm. Jimmy fixed it the same day. Good work.

I had a flat roof that needed to be torn off due to water damage, Mike and Jimmy showed up on time to give me an estimate and started working on it a few days later. They completed the job in just two days, and removed all the debris from my yard. The roof looks great. I couldn't be happier.
