They gave me a clear estimate with costs for each part of the roof. Arrived on schedule. Finished faster than I expected. Cleaned up completely. Dealt with permits and inspection. No problems this record-breaking winter.

I waited this long to write the review because I wanted to see how the roof would perform in the winter and boy did I pick the winter to test it out!!! I had ice dams before, but not with my new roof!! Mike said he would install a layer of protection against ice dams and he did!! The job went completely as expected: They were timely, professional and the price was fair. I can recommend Viola Roofing with the utmost confidence!

Mike was super responsive, he showed up the next day with a team and our house was cleared in no time. I wish we had called sooner and hadn't waited as long as we did!

They returned my call later same day and came a couple of days later as promised. Did a good job clearing ice buildup and snow from the roof.

Mike responded to my call to have the snow and ice removed from my roof and gutters. The crew he sent did a great job of removing the snow and ice and then cleaned up to ensure the driveway, walkways and vents weren't blocked from the snow that had been shoveled from the roof. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and his communication was great. Due to a cancellation he was able to take care of my job a day earlier than originally planned. A number of my neighbors witnessed the great job that Mike's crew did and they called him to book their jobs.

Mr. Viola answered my email promptly and got to my house when he said he would. He had a crew with him and had my roof and gutters cleared of ice and snow in about an hour. He also shoveled out the walkways that got covered n snow from the roof.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike and his team! I originally called Mike on Tuesday, and due to high demand, I was placed on a waiting list. The next day Mike called and said a spot opened up and they would be in my town the following day. Mike's price was WAY less than other companies I had called in the area (less than half the cost!). Mike told me that he treats all customers with respect and integrity and was not in the business of ripping people off. I really, really appreciated this as a I previously got a quote of $1,200 from another company. Mike's team showed up on time, and ready to work. They worked efficiently and effectively and were done with everything within 2 hours. The house looks absolutely unbelievable and I cannot thank Mike and his team enough. I will definitely be using Viola Roofing in the future.

Mike's Team of 3 guys were the best. Jumped up on the roof, and handled it all like true professionals. They cleared the snow that fell off the roof and on to the driveway as well. I had a leak in the kitchen and thanks to his teams hard work that has stopped. During the last storm i had another company come out that was sent by the insurance company, but the service was no where as good as Viola roofings work. when we thaw out finally i will definitely contact Mike for an estimate for both exterior and interior fixes. His prices are fair and i will definitely be using him again for any snow removal on my roof!!

All work was performed as requested. Owner called and responded promptly. Would use this company again. Relief, no threat of roof collapse.

They originally advised they would not be able to get to my house for a week. But a few days later I came home to find that my roof was completely cleared and all the ice dams were removed. I was so relieved as another snow storm was on the way and I was not sure my roof could handle too much more snow.

Mike's team was professional, punctual, and efficient. There was some minor damage with all the snow and ice and they agreed to come back and fix it within a few days. At a time when other roofers were charging more than double without any reviews on Angie's List, I was very impressed by Mike's professionalism and responsiveness.

During the second major snow storm in a week the ice build up on one of my gutters started creating problems inside my home. Water was running down the inside of the walls. I called Viola on a Sunday and reached Mike. He was great on the phone. He said he would likely not be able to get a crew there until Tuesday. His crew came through late in the day on Tuesday. They got right up on the roof and started working. The four guys spent about an hour and a half working up on my incredibly steep roof. After collecting water inside for4 days huge relief here to have the ice removed!

Mike's crew did a great job. We had crazy ice dams on our roof and water was leaking into the ceiling. I called on Sunday during the third big snow storm in 2 weeks and Mike was able to get his crew out by end of day on Tuesday. They cleared all of the snow and ice, including some pretty massive icicles in just an hour and a half. They then cleared all the snow and that they knocked onto the driveway and front walk. I had figured that I would have to do that myself, so it was a welcome surprise that everything was spotless. I would definitely recommend calling Mike if you have a roofing issue.

These guys were great. We called them at 6:30am and Mike returned my husband's call by 7:30am. One of his crews was not far and came in the afternoon. Three guys who went on the roof and took as much snow down as it was possible. They then used our snow blower to clean up the snow that fell on the driveway! Polite, knowledgeable, helpful, patient. We recommend them without qualification. Is A+ an option for a review?

Viola did a great job. Crew was very professional and thorough. I especially appreciated how they cleared all the snow that had fallen from the roof after they were done. Price was fair. I would definitely use again.

He had a huge group of workers that did the job in one day. Everybody was very polite and they cleaned up very well at the end. The roof looks great. His price was the best out three. I would hire them again without hesitation.

This included lifetime warranty, install zinc strips, lead flashing on chimney, and aluminum gutters with downspouts. It was not only the best value, but also very professional, responsive, punctual and clean.

We discovered that squirrels had been eating away the lead flashing on our chimney. We contacted several vendors to have this repaired, and many were too busy to take on this small job. Mike Viola responded promptly, estimated the work quickly, and once we selected him to do the work, got us into the schedule quickly (within 3 days) and completed the work. He took a picture of the finished work so we could see it. Great experience with Viola....I would hire them again.

Mike came out and gave me estimate. He was friendly and professional. His crew completed the repairs in one morning. They were very professional. They had to replace a few shingles that were removed to do the repairs. I have architectural shingles on my roof but I did not have any extra. They did a great job blending in the replacement shingles they used so it doesn't look like a patch. They did a great job cleaning up and left nothing behind It rained last night for the first time since the repair. The really bad leak around the vent pipe, was totally dry. The chimney area was also dry. I would definitely recommend Viola Roofing. I plan on using them again in the future.

Mike and his team were fantastic. Came out in the snow and performed all the required work and left no remaining pieces of the gutters. Very happy.

contacted Viola Roofing through angies list, called Brian and made a appt. Brian arrived on time and inspected my roof and gutters. he was looking for any leaks but nothing was found. there was no charge for the inspection. communication and professionalism stands out for Viola Roofing. i would highly recommend them and will hire them for any future roofing work.

They did everything in 1 day which was great. They cleaned up everything around the house. When I talked to the workers they were very nice and respectful.
