I could not be happier with Elliott Tree. Prompt, professional and exceeded all of our expectations. The property has never looked so good and they did an outstanding job cleaning up. I had two small patches of lawn disturbed which the crew put seed and fertilizer on before leaving.

The owner (Graeme Elliott) was very professional during the estimate process. He told us that his crew was professional and that they would lay ply wood on the grass so it wouldn't get ruined, and that they cleaned up after every job so we wouldn't have to worry about it. But when they were finished with the job, they left debris all over the yard and to make matter worst, they NEVER put ply wood down so our grass got completely ruined to the point where we now have to plant grass all over again! They even runied all of our flowers that were on the drive way by driving their trucks over them. They were completely careless and unprofessional.

You would never know that they were there after they left...the cleanup was great. I had several arborists come in to quote the job and the cost was very close. Staff was professional and courteous. They returned calls oromplty, showed up when they said they would, made helpful suggestions on how to care for the existing trees, stayed late to clean up thoroughly & worked extremely hard the entire day. The entire process was seamless, and my wife and I will defiinitely call on the team at Elliott Tree for any future needs. Also, having a certified Arborist who cares about maintaining the proper care of the tree above any additional income they could generate by removing trees insteading of spending time pruning them properly was one of the factors that weighed in on our decision to go w/ Elliott.

They were prompt in returning my call. They come out next day for an estimate and cut the trees down 2 days later. They completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves. They were very precise in cutting the trees since they could not get a cherry picker into the area. They caused no damage to any surrounding property. Great job and highly recommend.
