Wonderful experience. They are very professional and very pleasant. I am so pleased with their work that I am having Paul's Appliance do another job for me (install dishwasher). They are my go to guys for any appliances that I need installed in my house. I highly recommend.

They are fantastic. They were on time. The guy was professional. He came in, got it done, and he left. It was perfect. It costs us a couple of hundred dollars for both of them. It worked out great. I think we used them three times.

I called Paul's to do some preventative maintenance on our fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer to try and head off more costly repairs down the line. Not only were they friendly on the phone, on time for the appointment, and friendly and efficient during the appointment, but the technician showed me some simple things I could do to prevent issues down the line. The technician cleaned the fridge condenser, cleared the drain pipes in the dishwasher and washer and checked the dryer venting and recommended a lint screen replacement for which they will be following up.

They were wonderful. They responded very quickly. They were here within two days. They had to come back for the parts and they did it in a prompt fashion. They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do and I think the fees were reasonable.

In my opinion this is a excellent company and these are my reasons:
Excellent person in office (Karen) in constant communication with boss Paul, clients, technicians, and suppliers of parts.
Karen estimates when a part will arrive and how soon she can get the part and the technician into your home.
Owner Paul is accessible when something goes wrong and is a problem solver by nature.
Technicians are competent and courteous.

The same problem occurred again a month later. The owner came out on short notice on a Saturday and said his employee didn't tighten the connectors right and aplogized and spent 45 mintues repairing and making sure this additional problem with Bosch wires burning would not occur again. He didn't charge us for doing this either. We were very impressed with this company. I researched the problem and it turns out many, many other consumers are having the same problem with wires burning and melting in the junction box. This is a problem (poor junction box wire design and placement) Bosch has been trying to sweep under the rug (in light of other problems) and consumers are having to spend hundreds of dollars to have repairmen identify and repair this problem. Another recall should have been done, but they are not doing it.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 2 HOURS TO FIX AND I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL.
