These guys are the best. On time, on budget, trustworthy and excellent work during 90 degree weather.

Romano showed up on time, did the work quickly and did not charge me for any unnecessary repairs. I would definitely use this contractor again and refer to others needing repairs.

The issue wasn t fixed , I tried calling back out and got no answer back .

They responded to a central air conditioner repair request next day. They arrived right at the scheduled time. They were thorough in their work, taking the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!

Great customer service. I highly recommend them, very responsive and comes on time.

It was a prompt reply, and techs were on time. However, I felt I was overcharged for the service provided. I understand the tech service is not cheap, however, a thorough inspection, evaluation, and recommendation check list was the minimum I expected but was not provided. Did not feel I got my money s worth. $450 for a subpar inspection, a few pounds Freon 410A (I had no leaks in my lines by the way) including labor. All in one hour. Lesson learned. I would go else where.

I called them for an estimate and was told if I did not hire them the estimate would cost $100.00, but if they did the work it would be included with the cost of repair. They came to my home on time and just fixed the problem without telling me what the issue was. They charged me $500.00 to change a filter and add 3 pounds of Freon. When I asked why so much I was told they had to pay Home Advisor $100.00 to get my phone number. Well at first the A/C worked well, they next morning though it was not working again. I called them, and they said they would be out in a couple of days, my son got on the phone with Mike and told him that just paid him $500, and they needed to get to my house sooner than that. They came the next morning, He never told me what the issue was that caused the A/C to break down again for the second time. I will never hire them again. Live and learn.

I was having ac issues, the compressor would shut off with the fan still blowing and the air wouldn t get very cool. They were prompt and very professional, they thought it was a different issue with the circuit board(a more costly repair), however, once the compressor kicked on he realized it was the Freon charge. Would use them again for any issue.
