Description of Work: Dion was recommended by a few of my friends who had great work done on their hardwood floors. I looked at other quotes but because my house required more than just a quick sand and three coats of poly I wanted someone with experiance. They sanded off this glue from my bedroom floor and even though the wood is from 1967 it looks brand new and amazing. They worked out some pet stains in the spare room that was covered with rug and now it smells and looks amazing. They put down new flooring in the kitchen/dining area and it matches 95% to the wood that is from 1967 where it meets in the hall no one would ever notice. Their price was higher than some but at this point it was worth every penny with the final outcome being so great. I went with the oil based coats but if I had to move in the house or back into the house sooner I would have used water based because the smell of these chemicals is strong. The coats last longer with oil based so I opted for the better longevity, Dion left little dust and I was only disappointed with some small holes that were not filled before the coats were applied but that was small potatoes compared to the overall work.
