2qI purchased an Angie's List deal for a furnace tune-up.  Kenny contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for a few days later.  On the day of the appointment, he called to let me know he was on his way.  He arrived on time and got right to work.  Kenny was very honest about the condition of our furnace and let us know it could go one more winter before it needed to be replaced.  We asked about installing a whole house humidifier and he informed us it wasn't worth the money.  He spent time discussing air conditioning options with us.  I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

Ken did a full tuneup and checkout of our heater system,  fixed some minor issues for no charge, and gave us recommendations for maintaining the system and things to look out for in the future.   I highly recommend him, very honest and professional.

Kenny (owner) is amazing! After working with many HVAC technicians, we finally found an honest, knowledgeable and professional installer. Kenny arrived on-time, reviewed our current HVAC system, talk to us about our needs and budget. He came back (on-time again) and provided a complete analysis of the problems with possible solutions. He spent time explaining every option in detail and provide pros and cons to each, so we could an informed decision. No high pressure sales techniques and gimmicks! Kenny is a real gentleman and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Ken was great, he fixed a leak in our central a/c but ultimately we needed to replace our unit, he was incredibly responsive, punctual, overly accomodating and professional, we will certainly continue to have him service the unit and would recommend him in a second.

We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Kenny was very personable, fantastic with our dog, extremely competitive with his bid and got the system up and running in three days. This timeframe included the day that we called him until the system was installed and working great. We could not be more pleased.

Very simple process with East Coast. Kenny gave us an estimate on a fairly large furnace/AC, moved around his schedule to accommodate our situation and started within three days. He worked late the first night to retrofit our existing boiler and came in the second day with a crew to remove an old/existing furnace and had the job done by the second night. Kenny was very personable, great with our (protective) dog and has a great couple of helpers that we were 110% comfortable leaving alone in our home. We'd strongly recommend the guys from East Coast for anything HVAC and will definitely use them in the future.

We closed on our home on 9/28/2012 that had radiant floor heating and was powered by an outdated oil furnace that was
located in the kitchen, standard for the home we purchased. I spoke with the company the first week of October and told them I was looking to replace the heating system with a forced hot air system and a central air system and needed to have it completed within 3 weeks’ time. Kenny came by reviewed my needs and stated it would be no problem to get the job done in time. He also beat a competitor’s price by over $4,000.
The team was always on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. They were very polite and felt more like friends then another business just doing another job.
They finished the job about a day or two ahead of schedule and not only completed what they said they would do but also went above and beyond by arranging for the removal of my oil tank and furnace.

All went extremely well. We called, left a message that our central air conditioning was not working properly, and someone called us back shortly thereafter to schedule an appointment for the next day. A friendly and knowledgeable young man came out to the house early the next day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Then, he actually called later that same afternoon to ask how the AC unit was running and to find out what the temperature of the house was. All was well. Very nice and thoughtful follow-up. Good customer service. We definitely would recommend this company and will use them again.
