Ken and his son Ken came out to my house same day to replace my water heater that had started leaking the night before. Unfortunately, they ran into a bunch of problems with bad parts and the job ran hours over the original quoted time. But Ken is a real professional and stuck to the original quote, even after I offered more. I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend!

Ken was so accommodating and friendly, his price was far more reasonable than others I contacted. He saves space in the morning for emergencies, so he was able to get to me today. I would have had to wait until Monday or Tuesday, for hot water. All around he was excellent!

He contacted me right away. Came over and gave me a good quote and finished the whole job a couple of days later.

They were on time and did a good job replacing my old gas water heater and cleaning up behind themselves. There was an issue with an old part that was on my pipes that caused a gas leak and they replaced it with a new one right away and at no additional labor cost. I found that admirable. I appreciate the quick service and the friendly, informative manner that Ken operates in; he gives a feeling like hes an old friend. I would definitely hire them again for my plumbing needs.
