Ken did a great job and installed an awesome water heater. Instead of having me send pictures he just quoted a far price.

Ken responded right away to my request to replace my water heater which had started leaking. He told me how to shut off the water to it then came out first thing in the morning as promised on a Sunday and after a snowstorm! it was up and running by noon, and he did a great job, along with his son, using a good quality product at a reasonable price (not an overinflated emergency price). Great to have my hot water back so quickly since my usual plumbers weren't available on a holiday weekend. I will use him again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Coastal. The owner seemed knowledgeable. He was attentive to detail and displayed an honorable work ethic. He was also flexible and accommodating. My quibble with them is minor and Iâ d certainly hire them again.
