Ken was extremely courteous, prompt and proficient. His price for the plumbing work was reasonable and far less than other Plumbing companies had quoted. I am very pleased with his service and will pass his companies name along to friends and family who may need plumbing work in the future.

It was a stressful moment when Our water heater was broken, but we were fortunate to get the help from Ken. He installed a new water heater for us practically on the next business day. Ken did everything possible to ensure the success of the installation. He checked for the dimension of our old model, our storage space, and the pan underneath the water heater. On the day of installation Ken went to at least three stores to purchase a brand new water heater that is free of damages. Our water heater is in a utility room with a stacked washer dryer blocking the entrance. Ken disconnected and moved the washer dryer and reconnected it after the service. Ken was extremely capable and made new water pipe connections that fits the new height of our water heater. Ken is extremely easy to reach by a phone call and talked straight to all my questions. In summary Ken get us out of an emergency with his seasoned expertise and outstanding customer services.

They made the entire process quick, easy and very reasonably price. I had spent several days getting quotes and trying to coordinate getting a water heater installed, meanwhile water was dripping on my floor and we took cold showers. Then I found Homeadvisor (at around 5:30 pm when l was leaving work) and filled out a quick online form to outline my problem. Just as I arrived home about 15 minutes later I received a call from Coastal Plumbing and Heating. We discussed the situation, determined what needed to be done and the next morning they came and replaced the water heater. Payment was very simple. The bill arrived in my Paypal app and I had it all payed in two seconds flat. A completely done process start to finish in less than 24 hours, no snags at all (and a very reasonable price too). Highly recommend these guys at Coastal Heating and Plumbing.

I am a single mom and my hot water tank was in need of replacing. I have never hired a plumber before and didn't know where to start. I'm not all that versed in certain areas but know enough. I went on home advisor and as soon as I hit "send" Ken immediately called me. Having been taken advantage before, I quickly investigated my options. I called Ken back and he was able to meet me at my house. We set a time. Ken called me when he realized he would be running late to let me know. A bonus a family operation. Father and son. He quoted me a price for my furnace and I will be calling him to replace it. Strongly recommend this company

Coastal Plumbing and Heating called us in less than an hour from entering the issue at HomeAdvisor (at 9pm). They asked great questions to assess the issue and gave me a very fair quote. They we're at my home the next morning with the correct replacement water heater and were ready to get to work. The father/son team from Coastal was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and had the job completed in about an hour. I was extremely happy with the whole experience, and they made a bad situation (leaking/burst water heater) right again. Going forward I plan to call Coastal Plumbing and Heating any time I need a plumber. They are that good!
