Shawn came out to my house very quickly and diagnosed the problem in two minutes where as another company who came out the previous day had no clue. I also hired this company last year to install a tankless water heater and that has also performed well. Highly recommend this company. Great job Shawn!

I had a nightmare of an experience with this company. The furnace stopped working a few days after it was fired up. They sent out a technician, the same one who installed it. That morning it had been working okay for three days. He didn't find anything wrong with it, but then that night it wasn't working again. I called again, they sent someone else out who determined it was the thermostat. I didn't think it was the thermostat because it had always worked fine up until that point. Why would it suddenly not work? However, I paid $150 to have a new one put in. That night the furnace stopped again. They sent out a tech the next morning (third day in a row) This time I had a friend there who had to tell the guy what was wrong. He came back 48 hours later and fixed it. Turns out the install was so bad, that there were 5 things that needed to be fixed, that two techs couldn't see until my friend pointed them out to them. I had no heat, for a week, one night went down to 3degrees, had to use space heaters, which sent my electric bill sky high, had to miss about 4-5 days at work because of this. They say they have emergency service, but couldn't send out anyone right away. When the tech installed the furnace, he put back the dirty filter from my old furnace and also left the fittings too loose. Also, they refused to grant me a refund for the thermostat I didn't need. The technicians are nice guys, I'll give them that, but they need to be better trained. I don't feel confident that this company really knows what they're doing and I would never recommend them to anyone. They seem to have great reviews on HomeAdvisor, but turns out they have a lot of complaints on Better Business Bureau.

Recently I am selling a house, found AC/Heat pump has problem, they came second day after I called. They found the problem on site and gave a quote as they needed to order parts, they completed installation on plan and everything works as exact as I hoped. They have different offices and technician, their qualities from different technician are consistent and excellent as I used their service more than once recently. One for my own house and one for my business house for sale. They charge very reasonably and no surprises at all, everything is present honestly. This is the company I would recommend to my all friends and clients.

Great experience! I called in the morning with an AC problem and Shawn arrived in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix then returned the next morning with parts for the permanent repair. He explained the issue and the repair completely. Very professional. I would absolutely recommend the company!

it was great that they sent out someone to recharge my AC the day I called, HOWEVER... They said I needed the filter replaced . I said go ahead. They had to order it and I was told it will arrive in about 2 days. I asked how much for everything. They gave me the price and I paid immediately via phone. This was July 18th it is now August 4th and I still have no filter. I emailed the company, I called them. They were gonna call the service guy who worked for me to find out what happened...... Crickets.... So again, it was great that they were quick showing up but they did not follow through with the second part of the job.
