THE SERVICE TECH CAME OUT AND SAID I NEEDED A NEW HEATING SYSTEM,HE GAVE ME A PRICE OF 7500 ,I GOT ANOTHER OPINION THEY TOLD ME I ONLY NEEDED A CIRCULATOR,HEATING SYSTEM REPAIRE FOR LESS THAN 200.00.I HAD USED COMPANY BEFORE AND WAS HAPPY I HAD TO PAY 100.00 FOR WRONG DIAGNOSIS I SHOULD BE REFUNDED.

It was a yearly A/C service call. Reasonable price and good service. The technician Chris was very good, he checked everything and showed how to check and replace filters when they are dirty. However, he came more than an hour after the 2 hour window that was provided. The front desk lady kept mentioning that he was stuck in traffic and it went on for more than an hour. I wish she would have been more forth coming if there was a hold up due to some other reason and given a better estimate on when the technician would arrive. Check their site for some coupons that may be relevant for your job, I used one.

The plumber (Shawn) came out and explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. He was here the next day and the work was done in no time. There was no mess. I'd definately hire them again!

Plumber came out soon after called and removed and installed new toilet wax ring. Shim and secured it, tested it for leaks. Tightened fitting on first floor sink. He did a good, clean job! I'd hire them again!

I have never experienced such superb service. Platinum lives up to it's name. I noticed my water heater leaking on a Sunday night and by 11:00 am the next day, Monday, the job was done! Everything was taken care of and the old water heater was taken away. There were no complications and all the service people were friendly, helpful, courteous and on time. Every thing was explained well and I feel good about my purchase.

Excellent communication. Called right away! Answered all my questions clearly. Got several price quotes - they were the best value & warranty for the price. When the technician was running late, they called and let me know and made sure it was still convenient for me. Technician, Shawn, very nice, knowledgeable and did great work. Explained the unit to us etc.

The heating tech came at my house has a very good customer service and very opened to explain everything what was going on with my heating system showing very good knowledge about the subject. The price was kind of expensive, but I rather pay and be satisfied with the service and the tech attendance that to pay a small price and to be very upset. They also gave warranty of 1 year on parts and service. Awesome Job! I do highly RECOMMEND!

On time great problem solvers

Arrived on within the block of time noted. Had all he needed, including the new water heater. Appears to have done a thorough job; left the area clean. Very helpful. Patiently answered all queries. Did not rush. Overall an excellent experience. The installer's first name is Shawn. If Shawn is a measure of the company, I would highly recommend the company.
