Prompt service. The young man who came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He also explained what would be involved (expense and scope) with the other issues I'm having with my steam heat. He fixed the leak quickly and then double checked his job. I will hire them when I'm ready for additional work !!!

Diagnosis led to a very simple fix. Didnt try and get me to do more than was necessary. Even was kind enough to look at a pipe issue I was having. Will call them in the future if necessary.

The technician and the work itself were great. The scheduling window did not work out so well. I had a first thing morning appointment and the arrival was 11:20. Schedule communication was not great. Ultimately the good work was better than the poor schedule communication.

The technician seemed rushed, he cleaned the furnace but now we have an annoying whistle in our vents. Not sure what he did but we will have to have someone come back and fix it, hopefully we will not be charged.
