Had another quote for $5100 to replace a broken a/c but Platinum repaired it for $225!

This is the second time I have used this company. The first time Shawn serviced my problem and he was professional and knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing. Chris serviced my recent problem and he was also outstanding. Again, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Chris also explained what needed to be done and how he was going to take care of it. I would highly recommend this company, and I will use them for any future repairs.

The work they do is fine, but scheduling appointments is difficult. Long story short, I had two appointments in a row cancelled by the company (after being promised the technician would show up for the second appointment). No additional compensation was offered beyond rescheduling for the next day. As I said, the work provided was good, but due to the customer service, I'm not sure if I'd use Platinum again.

I was told someone would arrive between 8 and 10 am on Wednesday to provide an estimate – he arrived at 11:00. I felt the price was very high but I was in a bit of a hurry so I went with it anyway. I was then told he would arrive at 8:30 am Friday to do the job (“9:00 at the latest”) – he arrived at 10:30. The flange around the sink pop up leaked and the plumber had to return twice to fix it. On the first return to attempt to fix the leak he arrived 30 minutes later than the window that was given. You folks need to fix your scheduling and get better at communications.

Chris King was an excellent technician. He was very clear as to what was going to be done and he had the work done in ten minutes as he quoted. I am looking to have him do some other work in my home as well. A+ Service!

The technician was able to get a replacement heater which was under warranty - an oversight other plumbers missed in their quotes. He was courteous, quick and precise. However, the company has a cash on demand policy which I was unaware about. I was not home when he finished the job and the owner would not let him leave our driveway until I submitted the final payment. The work was done very well, but I usually like to verify these things before paying a lot of money, which I was unable to do.

Highly trained plumber that does high quality work. Arrives on-time, does the job, cleans up. Used them last summer to service the A/C another 5 star job. These guys are smart, skilled and very professional. Exceeded expectations.

Platinum Home Servics contacted me immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Shawn arrived on time and vas very professional. He took care of my faucet in the kitchen and also a drainage problem in the bath tub. Shawn was very thorough and explained to me what the problems were and how he planned to repair them.

I got a call in the morning and had hot water by 3p.m. that afternoon

because of a snow storm they said they couldn't get a part and they couldn't come for 5 days. the storm was not that bad. I asked for a adjustment of my bill of $750 and still have not heard back. We are elderly and went with a cold house for 5 days.
