Installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced shutoff valves under the sink that no longer worked. Kumar stopped by the same day I called and sent me a quote later that day. Was able to do the work the same week. He explained everything in detail and answered our questions. He worked quickly and left the work area clean when he was done. He was pleasant to deal with. Kumar was very professlonal and responsive. He and his work partner did excellent work in our basement. I don't have the technical expertise to explain what they did, but we bought an old house that needed a lot of work. In the process of repairing our washer drain and dryer vent, they found all sorts of issues. They stayed way overtime, fixed each problem, explained their process to us, and everything has worked well since. I'd recommend them highly!!

They gave me advanced notice of their arrival, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. They were professional and timely, and they communicated effectively throughout the process. They were professional and prompt and other businesses had a long wait. They understood we had a water issue and the came on the holiday to take care of our problem. They answered all of our questions and attended to another issue we were not aware of and the rate was reasonable. I highly recommend them and plan to call them for other plumbing needs we want to take care of in the near future.
