Description of Work: we contracted with jones boys to blow insulation on our home. after the first day of work we noticed something terribly wrong. instead of drilling holes in our siding as discussed during the sales/planning process they had ripped out large sections of our our outermost layer of siding and drilled through the remaining layers. this was never discussed with us and looked horrible. what's more it was not even closed to weather tight. we contacted the sales office and complained. instead of making things right - they stopped work and demanded we make a full payment before starting the job again. I will never work with this company again and highly recommend you look elsewhere. even if they are the lowest bidder on your job.
