Have lived at a property managed by Alpine for over 5 years. Admittedly, I was not a fan of Alpine when I first arrived (not getting emails answered, leaving messages and not getting calls back). But since becoming more involved in the community and learning more about Alpine, I have come to realize the following: -In the beginning, I got my responses from Alpine but not as fast as I wanted them (but they did answer me and did provide what I asked for) -Since becoming more involved in the community, I have learned that some do not like the answers they get from Alpine, including myself at times -Residents, including myself, need to be more patient, especially when living in such a large community -Alpine is trying to make improvements and, when delivered in a healthy, mature, and constructive way (not yelling and/or calling them names), Alpine listens to feedback Alpine knows they need to make improvements. My understanding is they are under new management. Good. I would rather work with them, give them constructive feedback, push them to give better customer service, rather than complaining and gossiping with neighbors and not being proactive. Also, what responsibility do I/we have living in large community. If I/we do not like living in a community, then we should sell and invest in a single-family home. Looking forward to continuing a healthy working relationship with Alpine.

Alpine manages the Villages at Stow and they do a terrible job. They never return residents phone calls, when they do show up, the maintenance work is poorly done at best. You have to hound them to perform simple upkeep that comes automatically with your HOA fees. They definitely do not hold up their end of the bargain. They are Puppets that do only what the board tells them and they never fulfill residents requests for routine services. Jason Merryman is rude and condescending and always forgets that he works for you - the resident.

This is the worst company to ever consider to manage a HOA property. They overcharge for everything and have no professional interests in keeping property values and customer service as a goal. There is no accountability, transparency or communication. If you’re looking for a company you can trust and have confidence in, RUN as fast as you can from this disgusting situation. There are too many excellent companies around to choose this slime. There fees are exorbitant, they do not follow BYLAWS of the community and they say whatever is most convenient at the time. Totally unprofessional and perhaps crooked.

They are not friendly, they lie to you, and do lousy work. They have cost our community mega bucks, and we are doing everything we can to get rid of them. They don't return phone calls, are very nasty, and are just horrible overall.
Description of Work: I live in a over 55 yr. old community, and they are supposed to be managing it.

Anyone considering buying a condo managed by Alpine should look elsewhere. Our property manager is definately in the wrong business and Alpine's president, Mr. Beyranevand, could care less.
Description of Work: Alpine has been our condo development's property management company since Oct. 2007.We moved here July 2009. Our association pays Alpine $37,000 per year for routine services. They are the worst, most unprofessional service organization I have ever dealt with.
