It went smooth. They showed up within the estimated time, was quick and efficient. They got out the stains as I stated before, offered and explained the protector and were on their way after calling in my credit card.

Office staff was pleasant but disorganized. I was misinformed about the number of drivers and their usual practices regarding moving furniture. I was told the carpets would be accurately measured at the factory (nope. in the field, whatever the conditions). Also misinformed about delivery date. Pricing is confusing, and both the office staff and truck driver wanted to have a run at the calculations. 15% discount or one free rug for every x number cleaned or.... Oh, just give me a $/sf price, please! In the end, the cleaning price was very good, as was the turnaround time. I have no comparisons on their rug pad pricing. One of the drivers, Scott, can and does move mountains if you can give him a little help. The actual cleaning was amazing, even though I didn't opt for any extras. They got out stains that the cleaner I used 2 years ago just made more visible. Gone. A+ job. I paid for a second driver to lay the rugs. The second man was useless. Scott did all the work. While I highly recommend the quality of their work, getting accurate information from the office is a problem. The authoritative source seemed to be Sue, who I think is an owner.

The quality of the work was as good as I expected and was completed efficiently. It was also easy to pay for the service. The cleaning team arrived at the back end of the service window because there was a little trouble locating the condo, but they were responsive and in communication on status (Somerville is tough to navigate!). Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would recommend the service to others.

It went very well. He did a thorough job, was very reasonable and the price was fair. He also arrived a half hour early and finished in a reasonable time frame.

.I was satisfied overall. The rates were explained up front. I found the costs to be reasonable and competitive. The company has a full array of services and state of the art equipment. The finished job met my expectations.

I chose them based on others' reviews, and was not disappointed. Came on time, and did a great, quick job cleaning a bathroom floor and the stairs. A few days later, the office manager called just to confirm that we were happy with the service. I am planning on using them again in a few months.

After asking if they can honor the 3 room price for a 550 sq ft apartment they called me back ad they said they would. So I got a great price. No surprises just great service.

They arrived on time, with very professioanl equipment. Cleaner knew his stuff and was very friendly.

They were very good. Number one, they were very timely. They brought the carpets back on time; in fact they brought it back days early. The service technician was extremely polite. He was particularly good. I asked him personally to leave his card so I could use them again. I felt their prices were reasonable. Their work was very good.

He showed up right on time and he was friendly as could be. He showed up right at the start of the window of time that I was given. He was informative. He did a great job in less than an hour. The person in the office that did the scheduling of the appointment was super nice and friendly. When I told them that I was referred by Angie's List, they were particularly pleased. My apartment was kind of a mess and the guy was very respectful and I never had the feeling that he was horrified. My other floors had not been cleaned and he didn’t judge me. I would absolutely use them again.

These two men moved all the furniture themselves to clean!! I live in a split level ranch. I use the entire lower level exclusively as a nursery school during the school year. Therefore, summer time is ideal to have the cleaning professionally done, which I do once a year. They cleaned the entire area. Before beginning the work, they measured all the spaces which I wanted them to clean, & gave me a price which was close to the price given to me over the phone. It took them a couple of hours and everything looked great!! They touched base with me as they went from room to room to make sure I was satisfied. As an Angie's member, they gave me 15% off. There were other cleaning companies on Angie's list offering coupons of 30% off. But I took my chance with Carpet Cleaning Experts since they received "A" ratings as well. I also liked that they were able to come out the day after I called them! I would use them again!

They were here last week for the job, but they came today to take care of a stain. They do a good job, but do not accept credit cards. I like his services and will use the same in future.

I have updated this report because I was contacted by the owner after my initial post. He expressed concern regarding my experience and offered a reasonable make-good on the company's initial offer. The company's sales manager, Bill, handled my case personally, picking up and delivering the rugs and talking me through the process. He also added the moth treatment to our large living room rug gratis. I expressed to both the owner and Bill that the concerns I expressed on Angie's List had less to do with the initial mix-up over the coupon offer than with the fact that no reasonable make-good was initially offered. Since then, both gentlemen have been the height of professionalism and obviously care a great deal about the reputation of their company and the quality of their work, which is excellent. I would highly recommend this company, and I would use their services again. Cleaning oriental rugs is expensive, so I would need to keep my eyes open for future discount offers, but I attribute this more to the industry than to this company.
