The crew that came to my house was excellent, very professional and respectful of my home. Rafael kept me up to date on each step of the project and Luis is so talented and patient allowing me to make changes and have input prior to installation. I would highly recommend having this crew come to my house again.

When they said they could do a complete bathroom makeover (demo everything to the studs and floor joists, including removing an old cast iron tub) I was skeptical. But wow! These guys came in and killed themselves! Total demo took one day. There were a couple of bumps in the road due to some miscommunication, but their Customer Service is excellent and any issue we had was handled immediately to our satisfaction. I only gave 4.5 stars for the quality of work because the guy that did the mud work didn't seem to take too much pride in his work. I spend 4 hours correcting what he did (but I'm also super picky). I have to give a special shout out to one gentleman, Benho, who was absolutely amazing with the work he did (flooring and walls, toilet and vanity install), very meticulous work. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day so you didn't even know they were there. We now have an awesome new bathroom with a walk in shower and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

From beginning to end the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions were answered and they were very professional throughout the project.. The work was done very timely and with a high level of perfection. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend hiring them.

Their work was nothing short of outstanding. The project was completed beautifully and on-time. I was at first reluctant to go with Bath Makeovers because of price and a difference in the scope of work. They worked with me on both matters until we reached an agreement. That was important to me. One of the design consultants failed to follow-up with a change I'd requested following the unavailability of a piece I'd originally requested. So a different shower door arrived than what I had requested. I didn't see that as being a show stopper. I still give Bath Makeovers Five Stars for an awesome job done, on time, beautifully finished, and promptly followed-up by the project manager.

Had a wonderful experience. They took out my tub and installed a wonderful shower with safety bars, rainwater shower head and glass sliding shower doors. I look forward to my shower every day. Just love it. And everyone I worked with was great and very helpful. My shower turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

The initial meeting and presentation were delivered in a professional manner, where we could make an informed decision. The sales team covered all our concerns and made us feel comfortable. I was initially apprehensive about what might be found once the walls of my old shower were exposed. The sales team assured me that the installers are equipped to handle any issue that arises. I feel the project was pricey but have wanted to get this work completed for quite some time and approved the project. They kept their promise of an installation timeline as I was expecting family for a visit and wanted this project completed before they arrived. The administration office kept me abreast of the timeline and contacted me with a firm date once the material was received from the factory to solidify an installation date. On the day of the installation, the two installers arrived on time and got to work immediately. They protected the flooring from the front door to the bathroom and were very careful not to damage anything while moving in and out of the house to do the work. Once completed they cleaned up everything from the bathroom to the front door and out to my driveway before they left. A slight language barrier, which was easily overcome, and I canâ t say enough good things about these two individuals. They are outstanding assets and ambassadors for the company. The management follow-up on the project was excellent to make sure that all our needs and expectations were achieved. Five stars for this company and their employees.

We had to wait almost 3 months to get our new shower installed, parts were ordered but took a long time to be delivered. The installers were on time, hard working and cleaned up each day. The price was high for a shower stall.
