The technician brought a new motor and installed everything in a reasonable time. The motor was quite expensive. Scheduling went well and he was able to come out within in a week of me calling. The  has worked machine great ever since.

Paul was not only prompt and knowledgeable he was a very a very NICE and professional man.   I called him and he came right away;  fixed my dryer and cleaned the dryer.  I would recommend him.  I will also use him in the future!!!!!!!!!!

Paul came to fix my small size fridge. After a quick look, he said the fridge is working fine, and went on explaining what I did that's blocked the vent of the freezer. He arranged the food storage, and it worked beautifully. He went on and checked on my dish washer, found the detergent reservoir knob needed some work. He repaired all that on the spot without charging me the labor. He's good at what he does and very knowledgable in the hardware. I called another provider on Angies list, was told the they don't do small size fridge. Glad to have found Paul for the job.

Jonesy lives in the next town and he happened  to have a little time free so he came right over an hour later.
I could not remove the blown bulb in the freezer. Frankly, I was a little embarrassed to call an appliance repair guy, but was glad I did.  He told me with newer refrigerators with electronic displays,  if the bulb breaks, it can short out the mother board and turn into a costly repair.  So I asked him to do it.
He had a tough time but was able to remove the bulb without breaking it.  While he was here, I had him clean the compressor and front grill.
He suggested that you always put a little Vaseline on the threads of the bulb to prevent this problem in the future. Clearly, the original bulb had been over tightened and, as I saw on line, is not an uncommon problem.  
He was very personable and offers a $10 discount to Angie's List members.  I will definitely use him again.

Paul was great. Quickly responded to my call, was prompt and answered all my questions relating to my problem dishwasher. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for any future issues.

Paul Jones was very prompt in answering my call and he was at my house to check out my refrigerator a few days later, on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule.  Water was collecting under the crisper bins.  He checked everything out, cleaned the drain, and repositioned the refrigerator.  He explained thoroughly why the water was collecting inside the refrigerator (the refrigerator was tilting forward so the freezer was not draining entirely through the drain, some was exiting through another area into the fridge).  He also gave me some extra tips regarding a new stove I just purchased.  Paul was right on time for the appointment and did a great fixing the fridge.  I was also very impressed with his honesty. 

Excellent work, kept area clean and orderly, microwave no functioning properly, very professional work.

Paul, was very accommodating of my schedule. He is particularly knowledgeable, in his field and demonstrated professionalism while at my home. During the service call he also, looked at another appliance in need of repair. He returned 2 days later to install, his pricing is extremely reasonable and he lets you know up front of all the losts. There were no surprises.
