I sold my duplex in East Bridgewater with the assistance of the team at Cornerstone Realty Partners. The entire transaction from start to finish was seamless. We sold our home and could not find a house we liked in our price range. We could not be more particular, or maybe you could say difficult. We burnt through several realtors. After five years of looking, we were at an open house and met Shannon Janic from Cornerstone Realty. Immediately we knew she was for us. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. We started the next day and looked at houses all over Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and even Connecticut. The houses looked great on paper but, when we got there, nothing was ever quite right. Shannon gave us plenty of input without a drop of pressure. She patiently went to almost one hundred homes with us over a two year period of time. Each time I got discouraged, she would pick up my spirits with a promise that the right house was out there for me. Every time I apologized for being so picky, she would remind me that she got into real estate because of her love for putting the right person into the right home. Along the way I had a few close calls that she rescued me on. I put money down on more than one house and changed my mind. Shannon made sure that all the proper paperwork was in place to keep me from loosing quite a bit of money. Her knowledge of real estate law surpassed that of any realtor I've worked with in the past. This story has a happy ending. I found my house and I absolutely love it! It's perfect for me and very unique. If you want someone on your side, not just in it for a quick buck, call Shannon...she's awesome!!

She is AMAZING!!!! If something wasn't done that was supposed to be completed she would call or email every one at any time of day or night to ensure the job was finished appropriately! She is thorough, patient, communicated wonderfully, and just absolutely the best!! If I have to buy another house I would definitely choose her!

During the purchase of my condo, there were many obstacles and pitfalls brought on by the listing agent. It made for a very stressful time and I was on the verge of walking away from the deal. Teri was phenomenal during this process. She handled the un-professionalism of the listing agent wonderfully.

The experience was incredible. Teri was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my wants and needs. She worked diligently in providing options for my home purchase.
Once I found the property I wanted, Teri worked tirelessly negotiating the deal and definitely looked out for me during the entire process. She was on top of every detail all throughout the process and made what I was expecting to be a difficult and tedious process easy ans relaxing. She is a true professional!

I first engaged Teri in 2006 when I decided to sell my condo. We met when I responded to one of her property listing signs. It didn't take long for me to recognize that her knowledge and professional expertise were quite special. Teri discussed every aspect of the selling process with me, from listing to marketing to closing the deal. She kept me focused and grounded, so at all times I was confident that I was making educated decisions. Her negotiating skills with a potential buyer resulted in a very favorable offer, which I accepted. Total time on the market was about three months.
During that time, Teri also served as a buyer's agent and assisted me with the purchase of my new home. Her understanding of my criteria, her insight and perseverance enabled me to make a timely offer on a house that had attracted much interest among buyers. Ultimately, she was instrumental in scheduling the closings on both properties for the same day to expedite my physical move from one to the other.
In 2011, I enlisted Teri to sell the house she helped me buy five years earlier. Her efforts went above and beyond what one would reasonably expect from an agent. In the context of a depressed market, diminished property values, and three other houses on my street also for sale, my house was on the market for a total of 93 days.
