I hired M J Digby for two jobs - to repair my toilet and fix/replace an outside faucet. Matt came with his apprentice and told me that he also thought my second outdoor faucet should be replaced. I agreed and we settled on a price. Matt left his apprentice to finish the faucets. Later, I found that the second faucet leaked terribly once a hose was attached. I called and texted Matt, but he never responded. Now, I will need to pay another plumber to fix Matt's shoddy job!! I cannot trust this plumber and would definitely NOT recommend him!
