Had water heater issue, new bathroom project, and gas dryer hookup. MJ called right after I made the service call. Came over and looked at it and said my ignition switch was bad. Showed another plumber from service magic before and he gave me the wrong idea that the control valve was broken and not supplying gas without even a manometer reading. My parts were warrantied and MJ went to the manufacturer warehouse and got the part right away. Price was reasonable for the water heater fix. For the gas dryer hookup he was asking way too much $350, I said no thanks. Also had a new bathroom project, and he was estimating the price high

Great plumber, competitive pricing. Only complaint is really common among most contractors doing home repairs. Boot prints. If you have carpeting, just plan on needing to clean some marks. For contractors, those little paper boots are cheap and not that much of a pain to use. All in all though...highly recommended.

Matt was incredible helpful, responsive and honest. I thought that I had a leaking hot water heater and Matt showed up the next day with a new heater under my warranty. When he got there, he discovered it was not the water heater that was leaking, but my AC ducting. Instead of pushing the installation of the new water heater, Matt simply suggested a good HVAC person to call instead, returned the new hot water heater for me and did not charge me for a service visit at all. He was incredibly helpful and I would definitely call him back for any plumbing needs.
