Description of Work: I called Sunday night for an estimate on a cracked windshield. The phone was answered immediately by a person who could only schedule appointments, not offer estimates. So, I called first thing Monday (8am) for an estimate on our 2006 Honda Accord windshield. If we paid for the replacement ourselves, it would have been $281, but it turns out that auto glass is fully covered by our insurance, which the JN Phillips rep explained on the phone. She placed my order and then I called back with the insurance information. The windshield was fully replaced by 11am.

Description of Work: Courteous, prompt replacement of broken window in old Saab. Got part from dealer, brought to my work site, replaced window, billed insurance. All I saw was a new window without any hassle.

 + -1 moreJN Auto was great. They did not have the glass for my car in their warehouse. They were also going to be closing in 2.5 hours by the time I called them. However, they called around, found the glass at one of the warehouse's suppliers and went to get it. They had me bring the car in so that they could get to work on it as soon as the glass got to them and be done in time. JN Auto did a great job of cleaning the glass off the car without scratching the paint, although they did recommend a proper detailing from elsewhere. They did a very neat and tidy job of installing the rear window and installed the rubber strip very cleanly, with no stray glue or globs. All told, I was very happy with how accommodating they were and with the quality of the job they did.
Description of Work: Due to high winds in the midst of an Friday night October storm, a branch came crashing down from a tree and shattered my car's rear windshield. The rear window needed to be replaced, among other damage that did not impact JN Autoglass. JN Autoglass needed to clean all the glass off the car, install the new glass complete with the rubber strip. This needed to be done on Saturday, a day when not many auto shops are open and when even JN Auto is only open until midday. I really wanted this done on Saturday rather than have to wait with an exposed car until Monday.

 + -1 moreQuick and efficient, but almost too efficient - installer just finished up job, left documentation on dash, and drove off. Quality of replacement, however, seems good. Naively hoped that they would have cleaned up glass shards in the interior of the car, but they didn't. Don't know price of service, as it was directly billed to insurance.

 + -1 moreA-RESULTS. ROBIN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS WHEN WE CALLED SEEKING ASSISTANCE. AS IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE NEEDED A WINDSHIELD REPLACED, SHE PATIENTLY WALKED US THROUGH THE PROCESS AND EVEN PROVIDED A DIRECT NUMBER FOR OUR INSURANCE PROVIDER SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO ENDURE THE NEVER-ENDING TRAIL OF ANSWERING MACHINE PROMPTS. THE WORKMAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. UNFORTUNATELY, A CRACK REAPPEARED FROM THE REAR VIEW MIRROR. HOWEVER, UPON ADVISING JN PHILLIPS OF THE SITUATION THEY QUICKLY SCHEDULED ANOTHER REPLACEMENT THE NEXT DAY AND ALL WENT WELL. WE WOULD DEFINITELY CALL JN PHILLIPS IN ARLINGTON IF WE EVER NEED AUTO GLASS WORK IN THE FUTURE.
