Joe DiPrimeo always showed up on time and his crew was very efficient. Joe was courteous and responsive and appeared to want to do the best job possible. Although it was a relatively small job, he seemed willing to undertake the responsibility. I discovered later that some of the raised cedar bed planks was damaged in the dismantling process; other than that I was pleased with the results. Joe's bid came in cheaper than another company's.

How can you not return phone calls, especially after having called several times? If you can't take a job, you call and let your customer know.

He did an efficient and clean job. He does not shovel walks, which he had told me about before, and he charges extra if you want sand or salt applied, but I was able to handle those small tasks by myself once he had done the major one.

This week's blizzard left 4-5 feet packed-in drifts of snow in the front of our driveway. We could not have safely removed it ourselves. Just as he has on every occasion we've used Primo, Joe arrived promptly and did a thorough, careful job. He was courteous, and the whole experience was very pleasant and well worth the money. We'll definitely be using Primo again.

Joe plowed out the driveway quickly and was nice enough to shovel the area behind my car, even though he told me he does not typically do shoveling.

We called Primo and Joe answered the phone immediately. Joe listened to our problem and agreed that the only way to remove the snow was to bring in a front-loader (one of those big digger things you see at construction sites) vs. a usual shoveling job. He had one in the area that could be over to our house within an hour or two and could do the job. Joe was clear that using a front loader has the potential to scrape the driveway (cosmetic issue) and would make the job more expensive than usual. He was willing to wait another hour to show up so our son could finish napping. Joe arrived just when he said he would and amazed me and the others in our house with just how well he handled this huge construction machinery to move the snow to just where we wanted it. When our backyard could not take more snow, he checked first before putting the remaining snow in our yard. He did a beautiful job and charged us exactly his estimate. We would definitely call Primo again in the future.

I got my car stuck half-in, half-out of my driveway in snow and ice at 9:30 pm. The car was sticking out into the narrow street. I called another company, who said they'd send someone within 2 hours who could probably pull the car out. I was going to have it towed to a parking lot (no parking on the street allowed in my town) for the night. Then I looked on Angie's List, hoping that I could find someone to plow the driveway some time the next day. I called Primo Paving and left a message at 10:30 pm. Joe called me back in 30 minutes, said he'd be here in an hour - and he was! Not only did he get the job done quickly, he was friendly and professional. And he gave me a very reasonable estimate for future work. He really went out of his way to help me - it was not a big job for him, but it meant a whole lot to me. I will definitely call on Primo Paving again!

Today was an unexpected snow storm and I desperately needed my driveway plowed. We have pavers so plowing is not that easy since you can't bring the trough too low. I called in the morning and left a message and Joe showed up around 5 PM ready to do the job.

Very well. Would definitely recommend.

Primo did a better job plowing than the current snow plow vendor, so we are switching over to Primo. We have a narrow driveway and huge parking area in the back, so for this job it probably cost us a little more, plus coming over to plow at the last minute. He did a good job maneuvering through it, and clearing the snow. We were pleased with the work.

We decided to do this job at the last possible minute (snow was flying a day later). Primo showed up when they said they would, used the high-quality materials they promised, did everything they said they would do, and completed the job on time. We are completely satisfied, and would recommend Primo to anyone. Their price was certainly not low but their performance was worth it. Based on this job, we are switching to their snowplowing service this Winter.

I called twice to get an estimate for snow removal but they never returned my calls.

The job went well from start to finish.

Great. Promptly responded to our initial call. Scheduled and completed the job within a week. Showed up on time. Reviewed finished job and was very professional.

This is a very difficult job because there is not enough pitch from the garage to the street for proper drainage. Water must be drained to the side lawn, which is higher than the driveway. To make matter worse, the area has high water table. Joe's solution was to dig a trench lined with gravel all along the driveway and pitch toward the trench. This is a great solution except that the cost would be very high. We decided to go with another company that cost less than half, even though Joe would probably do a great job. Even after I told him that I decided to go with another company, Joe still provided me with free advice on gravel vs. recycled asphalt. This was great advice and I appreciated it. Joe showed that he care about his customers, and even those who are not his customers.

From the beginning Joe was upfront and personable. He showed up in a timely fashion and even called to tell me he was running a little late(less than an hour) from the estimate to the finished product Joe was professional and neat. There were no hidden costs and he took the time to answer any of my questions and address my concerns.

I would recommend them to anyone. They were here on time and they were very professional. The driveway looks great and I don t have any complaints with it. They are a great company that knows how to get things done.

Joe Primo came and gave me an estimate. He did mention that it was a small job he could fit in right away if we could decide in a day or two and otherwise would be scheduling further out in the future, and we weren't ready to make the decision right away. In the end we've had trouble getting any responses at all from other paving companies and were not ready to decide to do the job in the absence of any competitive bids, so we haven't had the work done at all this season.

They always called back. They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job. They were a little bit expensive, but they were worth it. They were they only company that agreed to do the job. I called three or four companies for a quote. One never called me back and two declined the work because it was too complex for them (they didn't want to break the old stone).

They got the work done fast, work was completed in two to three days. I would hire them again for future work.

Primo was really great to us. They were worth commenting on because they did such a nice job. They were always on time and they charged us a fair price. We love the driveway they did for us. They were constantly working hard and we liked them a lot.

I left a message but never heard back. I wish he'd just told me they were too busy.

Our new asphalt driveway, built by a different company back in April, started coming loose and was very rough. Joe Primo came and did a coat of seal coat, then came back a few days later for a second coat, and the driveway now looks and feels MUCH better than it did before. He showed up both days exactly when he said he would, and we were very happy with the job from start to finish. I was especially glad that he was able to come with just a couple of days' notice, since I was worried about our driveway coming apart when it was so new.

They did some extra work with out charging me.
