They showed up several hours late and left a boot print in the finish of the hardwood floor. They have to come back and buff out the boot print and re-apply finish.

All in all a good job. Varouj is very professional and responsive. there were some issues with matching the stain color to the other floors in the house and a month later I have noticed some small imperfections in places in the final coat of stain finish but the price was reasonable (he knocked some $ off for the stain matching issue) and Id recommend

After a bad experience with another floor sander, we were nervous about getting the rest of our house done. The Floor Sanders took so much care with sanding and keeping the house clean. The stain matches beautifully with the rest of the house and they were very neat and tidy with their staining in general. We are thrilled with how the floors turned out and have already recommended them to a few friends.

They did a wonderful job by completely transforming the floor. This was an old floor which needed a lot of work. They performed the work in a timely fashion and provided very courteous service. I will highly recommend them to others.

Everyone who has seen them thinks the floors look beautiful. They were finished with three coats of polyurethane. The house was furnished, so they moved all the furniture. Although the back hall and pantry were not included in the original estimate, they pulled up the old linoleum and refinished them without charging extra. When I said that I planned to get rid of my large, heavy wall units they moved them out to the garage. So, they performed beyond my expectations.

They were efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up nicely.
