I wasn’t happy at all with first pass but without any hesitation Varouj got his guys back in and sorted it all out and I’m very happy with the result.

The crew was fast, the price was fair, everything went on schedule and they removed any debris & sanding dust. There were a few spots where the poly had dripped, our painter was coming back to paint the baseboards and he touch up the poly drips too.

I had a difficult project staining floors that were a combination of maple and oak. Maple is not easy to stain. They brought over samples of both woods stained in 4 different colors. The result is fantastic. The oak and maple match, imperfections in the over 100 year old floors are no longer noticeable. There was some touching up were they had to move the piano. They came back and did a beautiful job hand sanding the spots so that it is perfect. I would recommend them highly.

Varouj refinished our 100 year old floors (including repairing a few areas) and did a fantastic job. His team showed very close attention to detail, were very clean and communicated well throughout.

They would have an excuse for everything that would go wrong. It was never their fault.

In two areas of my newly-installed hardwood floor, the pieces of hardwood were not the correct size for the area (too small). Varouj told me his men would come back to replace the area with an appropriately sized piece of hardwood. They were a no-show last week. Not even a phone call. Also, I assumed that Varouj, the owner of the company would do an inspection of the job but he did not. I made the mistake of paying him before I saw the problem area, only because part of my bureau covered the damaged area. I hired The Floor Sanders, because of all the great reviews, however, let this be a lesson that I learned the hard way. DO NOT FULLY DEPEND ON THE REVIEWS. I did and look what happened.

So impressed with Varouj and his team. Our floors came out beautifully and there was constant communication throughout. The crew very obviously takes a lot of pride in their work and want the homeowners to be as happy as possible. A fantastic job all around.

These guys knew what they were doing. They sanded most of the rooms in my house efficiently and with the minimum impact to me. Practically no dust! Helpful attitude. What more do you want?

I could not be more pleased with our experience replacing wall to wall carpet with wooden floors in our bedrooms. The team showed up promptly when they said they would, and worked diligently to get the project done at the lower end of the time estimate. Our new floors look absolutely beautiful and they were done with a minimum of disruption to our lives. Varouj reached out by phone after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied before sending his invoice, which I thought was an excellent extra customer service touch. They were very messy took 3 1/2 weeks when he said it would only be four days had to refinish the floors twice I am not satisfied with the quality of work the owner told me it would all go away when I put down rugs and furniture

The company was very professional and showed up when they said they would. When I discovered some blemishes, they came out right away and corrected them with no questions asked. I would recommend them again and will be calling them back when I get my upper level rooms emptied so they can refinish the floors upstairs.

Varouj is very highly recommended. Provided a fair quote and did the work for a mid Cambridge condo. The quality of the refinish made it look like a brand new install. Honest, on-time start and completion, cleaned up. Highly recommended !!!

I was amazed at the 100% match to what was already in my home by someone living there before me. Varouj came in and said he knew what I had and matched it for a competitive price. My only comment would be to look over the final work. I had to have them come back and finish borders and clean up a bit but they did come right back!

Definitely recommend Floor Sanders for anyone looking to refinish their floors. Varouj was very response. I needed my floors sanded quickly because I was getting new furniture delivered. Varouj had crews come in next day and they were extremely clean. Vacuumed and cleaned AUP a LOL around the house . Did a superb job. My floors look marvelous!
