They were great. I had a time limit I thought was impossible, and they did it anyway. They made sure to figure out exactly what I wanted and why, so they could make me happy with the job. Other reviews mentioned smokers, so I thought I'd mention that there was at least one smoker on the team and he was very responsible. Trash where it belonged, no smell of smoke. I hired them expecting a good job, and I'm even happier with the result than I hoped. Because they were able to do the job before I could even get others in for estimates, I have no comparison for prices, so I'll leave out that ranking, but I was happy with the price.

Prompt follow up call; extremely responsive and creative about solving my problem with my floors. I really only needed some patching done. In order to keep costs down, they suggested that I do the 2nd and 3rd coats of polyeurethane myself, so they would not have to charge me for repeat visits for such a small job. Excellent craftsmanship and attentive to detail. The work they did is perfect.
