Southern Home Improvement had a professional staff that provided feedback and input that helped me make good decisions. If something did not seem to be a good idea, they helped decide on the right changes. Their communication with me was my most impressive aspect of what they do. It is easy to find someone to do construction work. It is much harder to find someone who will provide insight and ideas to what you want to accomplish. I was not sure what I wanted, and they helped me figure it out.

The job was a complete siding removal and replacement on a two story home. Southern Home Improvement installed our screened in patio with insulated roof. along with a Patio cover (non-insulated) for our backyard patio. Price was very reasonable and the Installers did an exceptional job! I had a couple minor issues, after the job was completed, that I called the office about. The installer was on time.. work was top notch.. Did a wonderful job of cleanup as they went along.. would hire them back with no problem and can recommend them with no problem...

I would hire them again if I need any future services. I liked that there was no money down. Payment due after services rendered. The patio turned out better than expected and done in a very timely manner.
